Found a town in Ohio called Xenia, but so far no luck in finding a book set there!

There's the Xanth series by Piers Anthony (A Spell for Chameleon) that could cover "X" for you.

This one isn't a book (unless you read the complete works or something), but there's also Coleridge's Kubla Khan poem which features Xanadu.

Not sure if you're interested in either, but I thought I'd throw a couple out there, just in case. :) Good luck!
