The category of a book that takes place over a characters lifespan; would that be the ENTIRE lifespan...birth to death like a biography...or could it be a memoir that starts say at age three, up to the point the wrote the book? Or even an autobiography that again, that starts where the subject begins, and ends with their writing the book. I am thinking it would include all of the above, but just was wondering how others are interpreting this category.

Currently I'm working on The Martian by Andy Weir and so far this challenge has thrown me for a loop... I've read books I thought I would enjoy that I hated and I read books I thought I would hate that I ended up loving. It's been a whirlwind ride of novels this year.

As of end of September, I am 23/52 for this challenge. My goal was to read books for at least half the criteria listed, so am almost there. I have books to fit at least half of the open categories, it's just a matter of getting to them/fitting them in to other challenges. You can see my list here.
