Not matching GRA tickets
I have 19 but it wasn't until today's postings. It looks like the Readerboard is saying I have 19 at Msg 1100, but I shouldn't have 19 until through Msg 1162.

Task 20.3 requires you to read a book "with a title/subtitle that contains one or more words of at least four letters that can be made from the letters in HYPNOTIC CLAMBAKE."
None of the words in Again the Magic can be made from the letters in HYPNOTIC CLAMBAKE.

Task 25.7, option A, requires that the setting be a place you have always wanted to visit and that you have never visited before. Please provide the required info.
Task 30.3 requires that each book must be at least 250 pages long - Coraline is only 162 pages. It also has "children" listed as a genre and has fewer than 300 pages, so will not work for a 30 point task since short childrens books are not specifically allowed in the task description.

Task 20.1 is a one book task. Since Dead End Gene Pool: A Memoir does not include "humor" as a main page genre, I used your second book for the task, and you can use Dead End Gene Pool for some other task.
BTW, I'm not sure whether you meant to link a different book for Dead End Gene Pool: A Memoir. That book currently shows biography/memoir with 7 users, and history with 4.

Hi Sandy,
I could have sworn it had 6 users that said humor/ funny ...
Sorry about that . I'll see if I can use it for something else !
Thanks :)

Thanks for looking into that, Lorna. I skipped right over The Clockwork Scarab in post 759 because you didn't provide a link for it. In the future, please make sure all the books you claim have a link to the book you used. Our numbers should match after the next update.

The edition of Without Fail you've linked to has only 401 pages, not enough for a BB ticket. If you read an edition with 500+ pages, please repost with the correct link. Also, please make it clear in your repost that you are only reposting for a BB ticket. The GRA ticket and points have already been recorded for this book.

Jeff Lindsay is not a Goodreads Author. No need to repost, just adjust your GRA ticket total accordingly.

In post 803, you stated that Sarah Porter and Kat Richardson are both Goodreads authors. However, you claimed books by Sarah Porter and Joanne Harris. Joanne Harris is not a Goodreads author. So you got 1 GRA ticket for post 803 and 1 for post 841 for a total of 2.

Thanks, Kristi! I must have had it marked incorrectly on my spreadsheet.

For task 30.7, your link goes to The Silkworm: Two-Chapter Extract, a 19 page kindle extract. I assume that you read the full book - if so, please repost, linking to the edition that you read.

For task 25.12, you posted the book Luna Tango. The book does not have any number of pages listed, and the publisher's website does not contain that info either. Since SRC rules require that a book have at least 100 pages, please repost, including information about how many pages your edition has.

You must include a link to your books in your post in order to receive credit. See the posting requirements:
3. To claim a task in Completed Tasks, the book you use MUST exist on Goodreads. Instructions on manually adding a book to the Goodreads database can be found in post 9 of Add a book instructions. You MUST include a link to the book edition you read and the link must be included along with the specific task posting information. If a task requires details about an author, the author link must be included. For instructions on adding a link, see post 1 of Add book/author/cover Instructions in General Help.
Note: If no link, then NO points, NO Big Book tickets, NO Goodreads Author tickets.
Please do not repost task 10.3 - those points have been recorded since the cover serves as a link to the book.
Also, please note that there are no additional points for GR authors or big books. Tasks are worth the specified number of points, and there are no bonus points. GRA and BB tickets are simply accumulated for the entries into the drawing for the respective 20 points tasks.

Please note that while it is fine to include multiple tasks in one post, tasks must be listed in numerical order, lowest to highest. See the posting requirements and post 1 in the Completed Tasks posting thread.
Task 15.2 is a 2 book task - you must read a book by Michael Connelly as well as a book that he suggested. Please repost when you have both books for the task completed. Reposts must be complete, not just a post of the missing book.
Also, please note post 1313 in this thread - there are no additional points for GR authors or big books.

Task 10.8 - How Green This Land, How Blue This Sea appears to only exist in ebook form.
The ebook approval spreadsheet shows it with conditional approval, only usable for a 5 point task, so it will not work for 10.8.

I did not understand about the extra points. so will ignore that aspect now. There are 4 tasks I posted and all include a link to the books? The Bell Jar may have been the only one that does not fit. I read all the directions. I followed posting by looking at longer time members of the group's way they posted. I got confused on the extra bb and GR author, but do not get not having a link since I do for each task. I posted the cover on the one because that was required. And I made sure I put the correct edition in also. I will say it is hard to post in a small window when You cannot see all you are doing or have done. I am sure you know how that is. Maybe if I post covers it will be seen? I am at a loss since I did not see covers posted unless it was a task having to have a certain cover on it.

I also will put my Michael Connelly book on there. This is really helping me learn how to do it so I will be quicker at it for Fall. thank you.

I guess this is more GR strangeness - the links were not showing up when I reviewed posts, but they are now. So, don't worry about reposting.
The Bell Jar is fine - you don't have to read the same edition as the one on a list - it's the book that matters.
There are no extra points in the challenge - so you don't add points for GR authors or big books. When you look at the Readerboard, you'll see running tallies for authors and big books. At the end of the season, people who have not earned another task for the next season are entered into a drawing for various 20 point tasks - one of these is for big books, one for GR authors. If you've read 5 books by GR authors, for instance, your name would be put in the drawing for that task 5 times.

Okay thanks. I also needed to add the book for If they like it maybe you will which is a 2 book task and I only put the one on there. I wanted to remind the moderators that I need to do that so not to add the points on it since she said I did not need to repost.
