((Just be careful with how much you over control situations. It's a magical RP but we try to be as realistic as posible for the chance of something happening.))
Quiin shrugged. "I can just open the fridge," she said, pointing to the mini fridge in the corner.

"Oh yeah, sometimes I forget that people don't just buy everything they want whenever they want." He giggled. " I do however like orange juice if you have that." He said as he looked over at the mini fridge.
Quinn looked inside. "Looks like it." She tossed him a small bottle and pulled out a can of citrus soda.

"That's because It's almost over. Tomorrow is Saturday so you won't have to jump into any classes until Monday."
She shrugged. "You missed the Cherry Blossum Festival. That could have been fun. Depending on the weather, I might go to the beach. Cormac wanted to do something but I'm not sure what."

"It's like the extension charm used throughout the school," Quinn pointed out. "Except those aren't unstable."

Quinn looked at him doubtfully. "Technology doesn't do very well here unless it's made here so good luck."

Quinn watched him, wondering why he didn't just keep these things on him. It seemed like a hassle to have to use everytime he needed something small.
"Magic, Potions, Defense, weapons training, first aid, creature studies, other worldly studies, drama, and some others," she said, touching a finger as she listed them off

"Every class is supposed to teach us how to survive," Quinn said. "I'm happy there isn't a math class here. Though my friend really likes math," she said, remembering Brandon.

Suddenly another one of his devices exploded, knocking him out of the chair and on to the floor. "$@&%! Not another one." He didn't swear much but if there was ever a time to do so it was then.
Quinn jumped, moving so quickly that she was suddenly crouched on the back of the chair, perched in a flight position like a frightened bird. "Are you okay?"

"It's not that I need to. It was just a natural response; my fight or flight instinct from a bird perspective," she explained.

"I'm just used to not shifting. It's okay here but it's hard to break old habits," Quinn agreed.

"Well you said you were only part vampire, right?" Quinn asked. Boy, Cormac would kill her if he knew what she was up to.

"How does that work?" she asked, genuinely curious. It was unlike any vampire she'd ever dealt with.

"Wouldn't that make you partially undead or something. Like, not really immortal or whatever?" she asked.
