As for events, there was one I did in an another group a long time ago that was like capture the flag, but there were mascots instead. I would have to look back to see how we did it then, but I think that could be fun.

Oooh capture the flag could be fun. I was also thinking some kind of magic/ability competition? Like if the person has some kind of magic, the event would focus on how well they could do a certain task, or if they can transform, how much...whatever they are in their transformed form, like faster, etc.

Hmm, that would bd tricky to figure out. But it reminds me of something I saw in Fairy Tail where they like, calculated the magical power of each person and called it an event. That would be sort of difficult too, though.

Yes, bending counts as magic. But each character is only allowed to do one event, except maybe for the capture the flag thing.

Well I didn't want to do it that way, since not every house has characters that fall into each category.

Arista is attending the school in secret, right? Well, I'm thinking that I should still sort her into a house even though she'll be staying her her parents' cabin, but is that even needed?
I'm really thinking about this because I'm split between three houses on her...

As for when to start, we should compose a group message letting members know that we are starting the olympics on a certain day. Each event can last a week or so and classes can follow. The winners could have some advantage at the beginning of the year.
I think it would also be a cool idea to include an end of the year olympics to see how well they've advanced.

I think the advantage thing could be difficult to implement, but it's worth considering.

Alright, so this is what I found about that capture the flag thing:

Each house elects a mascot as their 'flag', and this is the only person who can use magic or any of their abilities. (Maybe we can make an exception for physical enhancements like speed and strength? Maybe flight too). There will be bases for each house, probably four different spots on campus since not each house is a different building. The goal is to get another house's mascot to your base, like in any capture the flag game.
Each mascot is worth one point, so this is where I have gotten stuck. We can either

1. have those who don't lose their mascot automatically saved from any penalty for future games and only give penalties to those with 0 point at the end.
Or
2. Have any points accumulated added to the overall score of the teams.
