Now half past two in the pm and I've just had some of my Paella for lunch. If I say so myself it was seriously good!! Used young fresh lemon leaves and left them in it this time. I was surprised how easy they were to eat and flavoursome - much better than older tougher ones that I normally pick off the tree and remove before eating.

It's great, if I do say so myself! My favourite combo is chicken with prawns and white crab meat. Yesterday was chicken only, will be picking up some crabs next week. Yay!

Now it's quarter to three in the afternoon, just sifting through some photos to use in PR in Germany.

If you don't know this,Christine, prawns are also called"shrimps" in the US.

What did you have for lunch?" It was prawn, fresh tomato ,a little fresh chili, garlic and olive oil sauce with fried cod fillets. steamed courgettes and runner beans with chips! It was a dry run for lunch yesterday which was Louise's birthday. It worked yesterday too I'm pleased to say!

Now it's 1.54pm and I'm catching up with email after a day off yesterday.
