I actually have the celiac gene. As a kid it didnt bother me too much but then I was exposed to
mold and there was high stress so that "flipped" the gene on. And the weird symptoms started. It took
20 years to figure out it was celiac though. And
corn. Of course as a kid I was sick all the time so...
I also remember reading years ago online they wanted to rename Alzheimer's as "Diabetes type 3".


Just back from nearly two hours of Padel tennis.
