Its 11 a.m. in hot Southern California. Yesterday it got above 110 and today is likely the same. I woke up at 5:30 a.m. and was out of the house by 6:30 to get in my usual 4-mile weekend walk and it was a perfect time because it was already warming up. Managed it in an an hour and a half and am not planning to go out again today!

Am reading The Stone Wife by Peter Lovesey and took a break to have a bit of early lunch: leftover quinoa chili.

Waled 6,000 steps to my Acupuncture, then massage.

Tonight 2-3 hours tennis. Back much better now.

So treatment is working
