Elian walked inside, holding Natalia up.
"What's wrong with her?" She frowned when she saw Emily. "She's stuck in a vision." He said.
"A what?" Elian asked helped Nat sit down.
"My wife is an oracle." He said. "She has visions. They only last a few minutes but she's been stuck for three hours."Natalia said down with a wince. "I mean...I might be able to help." She said.
Elian looked up at her, "you can?" He asked.
"Maybe." She said. "I can raise things." She said. "I know she's not dead but she's stuck somewhere in between." She said."Really? So she's like half dead?" He asked.
"No. she's just inbetween. That's where her visions are." Natalia said.
"For me it's okay. I'll just be coaxing her out is all." She said, then looked at Ramsay."Well my brother in law in on his way. I'd like to know what he thinks of this. We'll see then." He said
Elian nodded and looked at her, "is that why her hair is white...?" He asked quietly.
"Yeah." He said. "It turned white when she was about nineteen." He said.
Elian nodded and sat down next to Natalia carefully.
Natalia straightened her back so it wouldn't hurt that much.
"Need anything?" He asked both of them.
"Hoe are you feeling?" Ramsay asked them both."I'm just sore. But I'm okay." She said.
"Are you sure?" He asked Elian. "I'm really sorry for making you do that. I didn't consider your mental state." He looked genuinely upset about it.
Elian blinked, "no.... it's okay, I'm glad you let me help. I would've felt useless if you didn't." He said
"But I put you in more danger than I thought." He sighed.
"It's fine," he shrugged. "Itms over and done with." Elian said, "no point dwelling over it."
"I know it's just that my wife likes to remind me of my faults." He sighed, then looked at Emily.
"Thats... not very nice," Elian said because he didn't know what to say.Emily's head fell towards Elian. She blinked once, her eyes cleared but then she was gone again, her eyes turning white. She mumbled again in old latin, 'fragmented soul.'
"She said it again! I don't know what that.." he trailed off then looked at Elian. "Fragmented soul."
Just then, Talbott and Reese arrived and knocked on the door.
Talbott opened the door to let Reese in and then, closed it behind him. He walked over, "hey," he said.Elian looked up when Ramsay let them in.
"Hey." Reese said. She was carrying Phoenix. She looked at Elian and Natalia. "Hello."
Elian looked at them, or admired them. "Hi," he said.
"What's going on?" Reese asked Ramsay."She won't get out of her vision; it has her locked." He said.
Elian stared at the baby, he missed Amelia. He sighed and looked at the woman again.
"What do you think?" Ramsay asked Talbott."Would you like to hold him?" Reese asked Elian.
"What do I think about what?" Talbott asked.Elian paused and then nodded, "yes, please."
"What's wrong with Em." He said Reese put Phoenix in his lap.
"Tell me about the last 48 hours," Talbott said, his gaze shifting to the guests.Elian smiled at the little boy, "hi," he said, starting to play with him.
"Well Emily and I helped this couple here." He gestured to Elian and Natalia. "She's a necromancer that was possessed by a demon. I had Elian there go into her mind to get her." He explained.Phoenix giggled and smiled at Elianz
Talbott nodded, "did she do anything?" He asked.
"What do you mean?" Natalia asked.
"Did Em use her powers?" Talbott clarified.Elian looked up.
"No, not really." He said. "She was only keeping an eye on him. I wouldn't let her do much else." He said
"Well, from what I know. Oracles visions are usually only minutes long but when they take hours, means either something is really wrong or it means that the oracle over did their powers and their basically recharging after over exertion," he said. "But the latter usually happens by choice. But I also haven't had long encounters with more than just a few oracles so I'll have to research it."
Ramsay nodded. "She didn't use much of her powers at all. So that can't be it; that means that there's something wrong." He frowned. "Wait! She said something to me in Latin." He said.
"Fragmented Soul." He looked at him.
Talbott brought his phone out and dialed Avalon. "Hey, hun. You at home?" He asked her.
"Yeah. What's up?" She asked. Natalia smiled at Phoenix, playing with his hand.
