When You're Not Reading a Cozy . . .
I'm reading an ARC of The Electric Hotel which is about the beginnings of the silent films which were filmed in NJ before there was a Hollywood. There were studios on the Hudson River north of Palisades Amusement Park because tbey could take advantage of the local area for outdoor shoots including the palisades/cliffs which is where the term cliffhanger came from. Loving this book.
I don't tend to wander much from cozies these days but I'm currently listening to
Girl Waits with Gun.
I am reading a Christian suspense/thriller: Tangled Webs by Irene Hannon
This is the third book in her Men of Valor series.
Reading
One Thousand White Women by Kim Fergus for a book club I am a part of. It has an unfortunate title, but so far it is really good.

My review for
The True Story of Maddie Bright by Mary-Rose MacCollhttps://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I need something lighter to read than the book I just finished, Woman with a Secret so I am reading The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry.
Finished reading a slightly older romance, Addicted to Nick by Bronwyn Jameson. Still reading North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell.
Romance is in the air, well at least in my Kindle anyway. After finishing The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry I was feeling a bit sad so it was time for something different. Finding Our Forever by Brenda Novak
Finally finished North and South by Faskell last night. Glad I persevered to the end, even if it was a rather emotional read at times.
The less said about the last book I read the better. Now I am reading Grave Peril. I love this series and Harry Dresden is a character I really like. I saw the limited TV series so I can't help but picture the actor who played him as I'm reading the book. In this case it's okay.
