I need some Superlibrarian help here:
https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/4227...
There should be:
“Can a magician kill a man by magic?” Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. “I suppose a magician might,” he admitted, “but a gentleman never could.”
Thanks

This is the correct quote:

#187 is a paraphrase of a much older series of quotations

Yes, it can't handle combining them on her page. I thought moving them to another profile (there are some Dumbledore profiles for example) and combining them there could be an workaround (I've done so for the less-liked ones in this thread: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... ), but ok, let's leave it like that if issues may arise.

Please can you edit (or delete) my quote - https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/8022618
There's incorrect author, correct is Stephen King, The Stand, chapter 11

Do you mean that the new edition of your book has a different name? And is it this one: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

Subtitles and suchlike are not a problem but the quotes cannot be deleted because there are dozens of likes so the best bet is to combine the old and new editions (which we must do anyway) and then you can specify the NEW edition to be the default edition which will appear in searches etc including quotations (I think).
So, firstly, click here.
Then, on the right-hand side of the page about halfway down, click "Set this book as the primary edition for this work".
Finally, Click "Save Changes"
Only a Goodreads Author or staff member can do this.
It might take a while for the change to be reflected in the quotes but if there is a long delay we can change the individual entries.

They should be showing "Soulful Skincare" now. I edited the quotes to select the book (It was showing as None on the edit page probably related to the default edition change).

Quote: "Perhaps because I can hold up both ends of a conversation and quite happily too. Besides, by talking to yourself, you are guaranteed never to lose an argument and you always have someone to blame when you do. Rodreigo"
Please remove the "Rodreigo" at the end, Kindle added the name (next word after the text) by itself...

Any idea where this one comes from - most I can see if JD herself saying she doesn't remember where it comes from!

Done. The last two will probably need to be deleted if no source is known.
