Went to the library to print and picked up The Woman Who Walked in Sunshine by Alexander McCall Smith I think I'm nearly up to date with this series.

I was given Lincoln In the Bardo for Christmas. Just finished it. First 20 or so pages were a bit tough but otherwise thought it was amazing. Am now doing a reread of by Colleen McCullough which I found in my mum's bookcase yesterday.

I am having a good run -2 books from Goodreads so far this year. back to work tomorrow after 18 weeks long service leave and holidays so that will slow the reading.

Work for six months this year then have a year off on long service leave. The beauty of being able to take your leave at half pay, tack on holidays etc. and not using much long service leave in a 37 year career. So it is even harder working this six months with that to look forward. Oh the reading I have planned. Shelf is starting to get full.
