Love my bargains, Danielle. Although, I really cannot beat Anglicare where books are one dollar!

Sounds good, Marianne. Still haven't read [author:Patrick Ness

Suz | 4434 comments Went back to the Gloucester community bookshop today (seem to do this when Indy goes to sleep) and picked up three more for $5.

Postcards from the Edge and
Surrender the Pink by Carrie Fisher
Juliet, Naked by Nick Hornby - wasn't on my list but Marianne rated in 5 so I thought why not!

Then I was given this from dad's library The Death's Head Chess Club by John Donoghue so I will read that now. It's become a tradition now, I've realised, dad borrows a book for me from the library, and I read while here (Barrington) or if we go to the beach.

 Li'l Owl | 2504 comments Hiya!
I'm enjoying the first Medair Series Looks That Deceive A Medical Thriller by Braxton DeGarmo Looks That Deceive: A Medical Thriller by Braxton DeGarmo.
Rescued and Remembered by Braxton DeGarmo The Silenced Shooter (MedAir #3) by Braxton DeGarmo Wrongfully Removed (MedAir #4) by Braxton DeGarmo A Zealot's Destiny (MedAir Series Book 5) by Braxton DeGarmo
Got the first one for Christmas. Only $3.99 each on Amazon Kindle. I'm not going to add it into my SERIES challenge for the Aussie crime group because I've no idea when I might read them! Maybe this year?

Also, after catching the great reviews of the D.I. Kim Stone series, I now own them all. I did add them to my challenge. =o)
Silent Scream (D.I. Kim Stone, #1) by Angela Marsons Evil Games (D.I. Kim Stone, #2) by Angela Marsons Lost Girls (D.I. Kim Stone, #3) by Angela Marsons Play Dead (D.I. Kim Stone, #4) by Angela Marsons Blood Lines (D.I. Kim Stone, #5) by Angela Marsons
Quite a few of you gave it great reviews, so how could I resist? Had a little money left over from Christmas and got them for $3.99 each on Kindle, which is pretty reasonable, I think. Looking forward to reading them. =o)
I am thinking positively that I can do the 2017 personal challenges I set myself up for! Here's to winging it!

It did read pretty well as a stand-alone Brenda, but it might be good to read #1 first since you have it so that you'll have more of the background and get to know some of the characters.
