I have been - it just hasn't progressed beyond that ;)"
I've been thinking too.. I have three weeks off but if not so soon for the group I will try and catch up with Jools if possible!
Oops I popped into Vinnies and Anglicare (but forgot to do what I went out to do. Shooosh..). Anlicare for a dollar Dark Places by Gillian Flynn and The New Manhood: The Handbook For A New Kind Of Man by Steve Biddulph. The library for 20c What Was Lost by Catherine O'Flynn. Also picked up a mini Jamie Oliver book.
My Vinnies has never been too cheap. $2-$6 when I compare to Anglicare every book for a dollar and library 20c for fiction and everything else a dollar.
Marianne wrote: "also spotted After Dead: What Came Next in the World of Sookie Stackhouse for $4, but looked through it and decided that even $4 was too much for the meagre content."I saw number 13 today Dead Ever After for $1 let me know if it's needed Marianne :)) I scanned it on my phone so I can confirm it's this edition.
A friend sent me a copy of Katherine Susannah Prichard's , Haxby's Circus
originally published in 1930 apparently part of the story is set in my part of the world - NW NSW.
Nicole wrote: "A friend sent me a copy of Katherine Susannah Prichard's , Haxby's Circus

Just picked up Armada by Ernest Cline and Darkest Place by Jaye Ford. Really looking forward to getting stuck into them!
Sounds good to me! I've heard a lot of great things about Jaye Ford and can't believe I've put off buying some of her titles for this long!

It is fun. My dad isn't a reader, but loves DVDs, so we are always making fun of each other over which is better. (Books, because there's more detail. Lol)
I was in the mood for a light snack so I decided on picking up another one of James Patterson's "Book Shots" - Zoo 2.
Make sure you add it to your "to read" shelf Elias ;) And I'll be curious on your thoughts when you've read it too!
