I think I'm going to follow the rule that a character must be mentioned in more than one chapter to count. Douglas's doctor in Spain who is mentioned once is named Yolanda Jimenez, but as much as it would be nice to get a Y, I won't count it.

Zeebo only makes an appearance once, but he is referenced several times in the book.
