I read The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat and Other Clinical Tales by Oliver Sacks. This was actually an accidental re-read. I started reading this to my husband, and it wasn't until about chapter 3 that I remembered I had listened to it earlier in the year. Quite possibly I had read it years ago as well.
I found this on the Popular Science for Smarties list, number 9 at the time of this post.
