Sam F | 1355 comments 24/24 done done done!!! I'm so thrilled to have finally finished a book I started and stopped too many times. A Feast for Crows is finally done and now I can move on to the dragons. I really liked the idea of breaking the book into sections each day. I will do so for the next one.

Merry xmas to all who celebrate. Happy reading!

I enjoyed reading a range of short stories. I haven't read all the short stories in the collections I used - hoping to finish The Mistletoe Bride & Other Haunting Tales before the year ends and think I'll try and read a short story a day in all the school holidays as well. Hope this is an option for December 2016 as still have enough Christmassy stories for next year!

Cassandra | 5832 comments I haven't been updating, but I have been reading! I finished Three Moments of an Explosion: Stories, which I enjoyed although it's probably the weirdest thing I've read in a while.

Karina (karinargh) | 807 comments Updated to here! I was a bit busy with travel between places in the recent couple of days, so I apologise if anyone felt their updates went terribly neglected.

By the way - I've enjoyed so much of what I've read for this. Would love to do more short story-focused challenges!

Renee | 108 comments I updated Post #55 here

This update is a bit late, because we had 7 people at the house for Christmas week, and i'm just getting caught up with real life...

11/28 update: the poems got too depressing, so i finished the rest of them in about a day, before my family showed up for christmas visits. For the last four days of the challenge, i read short SF stories from The 1986 Annual World's Best SF, which was a lot more fun!
21. Earthgate - J. Brian Clark
22. On the Dream Channel Panel - Ian Watson
23. The Gods of Mars - Gardner Dozois, Jack Dann, Miachel Swanwick
24. The Jaguar Hunter - Lucius Shepard
