I'll update everyone's recent progress tomorrow - for now, I'm busy with Disney cartoons on TV and reading my special treat novella for the day. :)
Congrats to everyone whose challenge is completed today! And cheers for everyone who'll keep reading until new year's eve!

Merry xmas to all who celebrate. Happy reading!

I'm not finished with the second book and there are more than 7 stories left so I'm not going to extend the challenge. I do hope to finish the book by the end of the year though.

I read two more very short stories from "Stories on the Go: 101 Very Short Stories by 101 Authors"
I'm updating from my phone so I can't link it.

Everyone updated to here.
Stefani~SpelingExpirt: Did you want to extend your challenge for the rest of the month?

I reach my goal for this month in the short stories. I read the 24 stories include in Tales of the Unexpected. I really like them. About the book.... I did not manage for the 24... Can you please extend that for the 31, please?

I'm a bit behind, but I'm extending my goal 'til the end of the month.
Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!

I enjoyed reading a range of short stories. I haven't read all the short stories in the collections I used - hoping to finish The Mistletoe Bride & Other Haunting Tales before the year ends and think I'll try and read a short story a day in all the school holidays as well. Hope this is an option for December 2016 as still have enough Christmassy stories for next year!

This update is a bit late, because we had 7 people at the house for Christmas week, and i'm just getting caught up with real life...
11/28 update: the poems got too depressing, so i finished the rest of them in about a day, before my family showed up for christmas visits. For the last four days of the challenge, i read short SF stories from The 1986 Annual World's Best SF, which was a lot more fun!
