Damien smirked again and picked up his pace. "They'll know by now.""Just two dumb kids we bumped into. Well, they bumped into us but still."
"Yeah they'll be on us in a minute. Maybe less." Josiah looked around"They weren't just kids. They were, well, one was a Lyr, Shadows I think. and the other one stopped time." Emmy said looking out the glass wall in front of the house.
"Right." he laughed.Salem scowled. "I hate that guy. The time stop thing made me weak. Ick."
"Oh Damien. I can't wait untill you say something stupid and piss Emmy off and she smites you ass into next year." Josiah laughedEmmy narrowed her eyes
"I don't like that they are comming to my house. Can I gank their asses?"
Liv looked concerned
"No killing" Patrik said evenly
"Same to you, but with the silver girl."She laughed. "We should let them get almost here. Just for fun."
"What's she gonna do?" Josiah asked "She can't burn me to a crisp."Emmy looked pained
"Alright."
"That's good, I don't know what I'd do if you were dead," Gwen said squeezing Rife's hand.
"Oh really? Prove it. She uses fire."Salem gave her a reassuring smile. "It'll be more fun to let them think they have a chance to get in."
Rife smiled at her "I would be upset if I was dead too."
"And Emmy does too. Even more so than Salem." Josiah said
"But they know they don't. Especially the Shadow boy"
Gwen smiled back, happy to be with Rife. "So, where to?"
Arkady knocked on the Boss' door, his prisoner standing next to him with fear in her side eyes."I know. Which is a good thing for you...not so much for moi."
"Yes well, too bad."
Rife grinned"My house?"
Josiah nodded
"Yes I am aware.
Emmy was itching for a fight. Everyone could sense it.
"Hurry then."Salem grinned. "I feel the same, sister, but you really need to learn some patience."
"What does it look like I'm doing?" Emmy sighed and Patrik laughed
"Patience isn't one of her personality traits."
Damien laughed. "Lagging!""Patience can be learned."
Josiah picked up his pace."Happy now?"
"I don't really want to." Emmy said
"And she can't. It's in her DNA to be like that." Liv said around her breakfast
"Yes," he moved ahead. "No."Salem laughed. "That's what my faux-parents said about me. I have...sort of...mastered it. I've changed a lot from when we first met, eh?"
"Oh shut it Damien." Josiah snappedEmmy smiled
"you have. So have I. It's weird."
"We all have." Patrik said.
Damien smiled. "Well at least I got you riled up.""So weird. And no! You're wrong. Teeghan and Blaze didn't change." she chuckled.
"You asshole." Josiah narrowed his eyes"That is true!" Liv laughed
"Ah ah ah, no taking it out on me."Salem sipped her tea, satisfied.
"It's your fault" nevah grumbledjensen was laughing
"So what's up Ade?"
Emmy put her head on Patrik's shoulder. Trying to be patient.
((Nevah and Jensen? :P))"They're almost here. We can go outside now."

Josiah sighed
"My boss is screwed up."
Emmy laughed
"Yes!" And walked to the door
((*chuckles* It made my night, to say the least.))Damien laughed.
Salem beat her to it, using wind of course. She opened it and held it for her, winking as she said, "After you."
((Im glad to help. but I gtg now. :( I'll be on tomorrow))Josiah smirked
"Thank you very much." Emmy said walking out the door fire in hand.
((kaykay. I will be on tomorrow as well.))Salem slammed the door behind her and played with the wind.
Patrik went to the door and watched the girls"Thise boys dont stand a chance."
Emmy looked around for the smallest hint that those boys were near.
Rife laughed
"Yeah come on." he snapped and stepped through the necessary portal.
Waverley came up behind him. "Even if dey have weappens.""I can sense them," she murmured.
Patrik smirked"Do they have any weapons?"
"Me too. The time one his heat signature, and the other. You can smell the shadows."
Waverley nodded. "Somes.""Oddly...I can say that I do now. After meeting the queen."
"Great. They will enjoy this." Patrik nodded"Isn't that the weirdest thing?" Emmy asked her looking everywhere else
Waverley sighed. "I'm gonna go to the farthest room, you know?""Maybe. Not so much...since we both have Shadow in us."
"That's probably smart Sunshine." Patrik smiled at her"That is true. When do we have to go back to the Rune Room?" Emmy asked off handedly
"See you after," she waved."Today or tomorrow." Salem said thoughtfully, forgetting that her birthday was the next day.
"See you." Patrik waved back"You two are so cute. you'd be a good dad." Liv commented
Patrik looked at her oddly
"Tomorrow sounds good." Emmy mused "I want one more day of normalcy."
Waverly sat on the bed in someone's room. She wasn't sure whose."Normalcy? What's that?" she giggled.
Patrik sat back and watched the show that was about to start."Some foreign thing I made up." Emmy laughed
"I want to know what it's like."Damien stepped into the clearing.
"It's not a thing I would wish for." Emmy murmuredJosiah watched the girls as he came in on the opposite side to Damien facing the girls backs.
"I don't want it all the time. Just for a day..just one day." Salem said almost wistfully.Damien smiled.
"Birthday wish." Emmy said slowly turning to face the time stopper"Hello, I see you've found my home without being invited." she said to him
Josiah smiled at her back.
"Of course I did. It was not hard," he smiled again.Salem faced Josiah. "You won't give up, will you."
"That's what makes kicking people out so fun." Emmy smiled darkly"Nah, this is some of the highlights of my day." Josiah smirked
"Fun? I like fun.""You obviously don't get out much, friend."
"So do I." Emmy nodded letting some fire snake around his ankle."I'm stuck with a partially gay frenchman all day." Josiah said simply
Damien let it. His pants were fireproof. The perks of knowing things about your enemy."Partially gay? How can someone be partially gay?" Salem smirked.
"Oh you annoying little pest." Emmy said through gritted teeth."Have you ever listened to him talk? If he's not gay he's was too good at faking it." Josiah shrugged
