Salem smiled a little too. Hey, I couldn't help it that I grew up almost the same way.
Yeah. I... I asked about you. After you and Sean got in trouble. They told me, and I... wished I could be you. You're stronger than me.
I'm stronger than a lot of people Elly. It's nothing to feel bad about, nothing to envy. It sucks like hell either way.

Salem shook her head. "I haven't seen him since last night. Both ways."
Elly smiled. "He's probably asleep, still. He's not a morning person." She wanted to go wake him up, but she knew that it wouldn't be a good idea for her to be the first thing he saw. He was probably angry at her, still.

Rife dumped the contents of the pan onto a plate. He stood back looking quite pleased with himself."Nice job Rife." Liv smiled dropping the glass pannel and bouncing to the counter. It looked and smelled delecious.
Elly entered the kitchen. "Is there enough for me?" she asked.
Salem finally came back, smelling and looking fresh and bright. "Morning! Again, and oh that smells great Rife: I underestimated your cooking skills."
Elly laughed again. "I'm glad he can cook; I can't at all."
"Oh yeah totally." Rife said dropping a plate on the counter "Serve yourself." Rife looked at Salem "Of course you did. Who did you think cooked? Emmy?" He laughed earning himself a gentle shove from Emmy"It was ONE time! Once!"
Patrik raised an eyebrow "Yeah and that ONE time caused us to move out while the smoke cleared..."

Elly smiled, feeling for once like she could fit in. If she tried. "Thanks." She took a small portion of the food, making sure to leave more than enough for everyone else, though she was ravenous, and she searched for a fork. "Where can I find a fork?" she asked.

"Second drawer on teh right." Rife told her eyeing here small ammount. "Is that all you're gonna eat? Or are you just not hungry..?"
She shrugged. "I just... wanted to leave plenty for everyone else." She smiled and got a fork. "If there's more after everyone else has gotten theirs, I might get more."

Emmy smirked and sat down at the plate of food she had dished out for herself and had Patrik toss her a fork.
Blaze got his food and waited for Liv before moving to sit.
