Would it not work for the sub challenge either? It won a Nebula in 1985. Is the exile for EotP as well? If not, just leave it where it is. I had another book picked out for the Dystopia task but I wanted to read this and wasn't sure if it qualified for the sub-challenge

Not for the sub-challenge at all. But you don't have to find another book for 10.7 - this works and you get those 10 task points, just not the 15 style points you posted.

I'm sorry, this does not qualify for 20.5 - Othello: In honor of Othello, read a book where the narrator or protagonist is a member of a minority ethnic/racial group of the country in which the book is set. If a work has multiple protagonists all must qualify.

As much as I would like to have the extra points, I think BPL has ISBN 0679755330 of this play listed as YA. I can't find the play itself on Lexile, just some books of criticism. I can't find it on Bloom's canon either. If I'm mistaken about this and it does qualify for styles, it might also qualify for 10.5, as the third paragraph of Hansberry's Wikipedia entry states, "Hansberry has been identified as a lesbian, and sexual freedom is an important topic in several of her works." I hope I'm wrong, but I have a feeling you will be taking back the 25 style points, rather than giving me 5 more!

And an honest soul you are. That book was already in the database. The YA Assignment must have happened since then. I didn't recheck it. We will make an adjustment next time.

Well, that explains it! My fault, I should have noted the YA designation/no Lexile when I posted. I'll do so in the future. I do find it incredible that there is no Lexile for this play, as old as it is.
