So I went to the doctor yesterday and I finally got anti-depressants and anxiety medication but the doctor said I should go to therapy too and I have an appointment scheduled soon and I'm highkey stressed out because I HATED therapy when I was in it a year ago and I just....mkdkkdke

Voicing how I feel out loud has always been something I hate doing and also I hate hate hate crying in front of people, so going to therapy just makes me feel all around uncomfortable and itchy and I really really don't want to go. I don't care if therapy is "supposed" to make you feel uncomfortable like??? No thanks

a few updates:

-i went to therapy a while ago and it went really well!!! she was super nice and it took a while for me to come out to her but now i am and it's gr8

-i haven't been on in fifty years and i apologize 4 that but life is sucky and hard and i can't do all the things i'd like to yknow?

-i'm still v. much in love with one direction (duh) and larry (duh) and dont worry, i freaked out over harry's hair for a full ninety day period
