I think it was originally going to contain the comic book issues mentioned (if not a few more), but the publication was cancelled and the third volume was updated to include the remaining issues. Both DC Comics and Amazon websites say Vol 3 collects the last issue:

Is there any way to get rid of it? The book is already correctly listed on Goodreads in two formats (Kindle and print). I don't think this third/phantom listing needs to be there. Thank you.

As the author, you have the ability to change which edition of the book is the default, which will come up in searches by title and show on your author profile. Here's how: http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/31...

Yes, I know -- the four editions are fine. I'm talking about this other version (it has no cover art and was not created by me) that appears in addition to the other four editions.

300 done... with help. i would have merged the invalid edition with the paperback whose ISBN matched the stub, not the kindle, but that's just me...

I meant to simply add the paperback edition and combine it with the kindle version, but I navigated away and inadvertently added two more books!
There should only be two editions of this book - the kindle and paperback, and not this third one (the link above).
