I am so glad Juliette killed Anderson. And 2 shots, 1 for Adam and 1 for Warner...I would’ve done the same, 2 shots to be sure that evil monster is definitely dead!

I did feel that the actual war and taking down of the Reestablishment went way too quickly. (Almost all the book waiting for the action to happen and then it went in an instant).

The Romance development between Warner and Juliette was EVERYTHING though! Together they were so cute, deep, powerful and Hot (without being too descriptive). I love them together! ♥ ...How supportive and strong they are together.

Also, they didn't tell James that Warner is his brother... (I know he is only 10, but I did really want to see the 3 brothers form a closer bond together 😕... Maybe in a later in time epilogue? 5 years later or something... With Adam and Warner closer at least?! Yeah, we didn't get any of that... 😐)

The ending felt a bit abrupt and open to me... I know the author eventually wrote 3 more books for this series, but at the time this one was first written it was supposed to be the final book, to close off the story of the series... Didn't give much closure to me. I mean they won, Juliette will be the new Supreme Commander... And then what?

I don't know if I'll read the next 3 books... I guess curiosity will eventually win out on me and make me take a look into it, but for right now, I think I'm done with this series... (Maybe...) (hide spoiler)]

I started a bit early since I'm always the last to finish lol.

Up to chapter 9
(view spoiler)[This one is by far my favourite so far! I am so glad that she is dragging out the enemies to lovers burn. So many books with that troupe rush into the lovers bit without really fleshing out the enemy part first *cough* acotar, fourth wing *cough*Warren is giving me more Rhys vibes though, and I'm so glad I read the first novella. The second novella was definitely good to read, and added to the story, but I didn't feel as attached to it.... Probably because it was Adam and he gives me Dain vibes. IYKYK.
When Warren offered his help taking down the reestablishment I almost died. I think that this book will definitely be more up my ally and more enjoyable in general.

Side note about Fracture me, one of my biggest pet peeves in books is impossible situations that people just miraculously escape. AKA James just happening to leave right before the bomb goes off and miraculously surviving. AND also not being spotted or captured by the enemy in the process and just happening across their tank? I probably would have been more ok with it if he was actually captured and then somehow discovered with the enemy or by Juliette later in the book while Adam thinks James actually died. Just my opinion anyway. (hide spoiler)]

I am glad that Juliette is finally taking one for herself and standing her ground. And I love how everyone else is seeing Warner's reaction to her and liking it. AND THEY AGREED TO TEAM UP SUPER EASILY. I do wonder how it's gonna go though

I really feel like I'm getting to know everyone some more, and while I do like J's development, I also appreciate seeing her original roots when she was so back and forth with her thoughts when everyone was dead even though she had hope

I also really couldn't remember the ending of the novella so I didn't remember that they were alive/Omega Point was destroyed lol

Warner losing his shit at J when she confronted him about killing that bastard murderer gambler soldier fucker. How he said 'anything you assume about me will be wrong, my intentions are my own, and I am not a bad person'. I felt for him soooo much. He's perfect. I'm so happy I'm finally reading this series. I'm also so happy everyone's just telling J that she's useless, her suffering is peanuts, and she's gotta get over herself because she knows nothing. I'm curious how this new living situation is going to work out? And how Adam is going to react when he gets home and they're like, J is gone but we're peacing out too. Will he and James stay back? KENJI IS A KING. He kills me. I love him. This book has done so much for his character and he and J's relationship and I am LIVING for it.

Im 80% and I dont really find her annoying, (view spoiler)[more so just Kent. BUT I do agree that the personality switch was a little sudden. I see what shes doing, obv the near death experience brought it on... but I dont think it would be quite that easy, especially for someone with a lifetime of trauma. She was so anxious about everything before, and as someone with anxiety myself I couldnt see it just turning off. Especially since we are reading from her perspective, maybe if she was externally confident but still had some more anxious thoughts and feelings it would be more believable to me anyway.
