Hi, I have a self-published book for YA that includes 3 stories, from the past, present, and future. I'd love you to read it and review. Footsteps 1: The Reluctant Pharaoh, The Little Street Kid, Farmcorp and the Secret Book
Well, of course I have to recommend my books Ana Be Still Series and a new one that should be available tomorrow, Medieval Minds. I would like to think they are great but it's still up for review:) They are horror, paranormal romance, mystery, thriller, and suspense. Thanks and Take Carehttp://www.amazon.com/Medieval-Minds-...
Hi Jen, I have a self published series for kindle, titled Bedtime Tales of Horror. The stories are short but very fun and enjoyable. I definitely recommend them.
Hi Jen, I have a self published book called Shattered it's on all major ebook platforms…this is a romance book.I am also working on a novella Fighting Fate I hope to have out in Feb.
Thanks
I'd recommend Beneath the Rainbow by Lisa ShambrookIf you're looking for an uplifting, beautiful and triumphant read.
It's available now in both eBook and Paperback on amazon and it really is wonderful!
I'd also like to recommend these novellas in the romance category:And Time Stood Still
The Highwayman
Coralie Clune is an incredible author who writes very much like Danielle Steel.
Sweet Romance/Cozy Mysteries/Science Fiction Romance: I've loved everything I've read from Maureen A. Miller. I can't recommend her work enough.
Horror: Anything, and I do mean, anything written by Allison M. Dickson. I'd recommend starting with Taste. Totally blew my mind when I read it.
Lit-fic: If Uke Jackson wrote it, it's worth reading. I'm especially fond of this one.
If you love Regency Romance, then Jaimey Grant is your author. My favorite book of hers.
Erotic Romance/Erotica: Never was a fan of erotica until I read the books of Kathryn Morgan Parry. Her books are smart, dark, and steamy. One of the best from her.
Other authors you don't want to miss:
Cecilia Robert (YA Romance/Urban Fantasy/Paranormal Romance)
K.J. Colt (Fantasy)
Chrystalla Thoma (Urban Fantasy/Paranormal Romance)
Melanie Nowak (Paranormal Romance)
Colin Taber (Epic Fantasy)
Henry wrote: "Jen, since I already submitted in the other thread, I won't do so here. You know how to get in touch with me."
For literary fiction, try Escaping Barcelona by Henry Martin... :)
Fantasy/Fantasy romance - The Light Beyond the Storm Chronicles and The Shining Citadel. Or you could try Dragon Fate.YA you could try The Dreamweaver's Journey or The Mage's Tomb
I liked Lisa Shea although I am not sure if she is a SPA.
Sci-fi I'll recommend Marlowe and the Spacewoman and Shadow of the Wraith
I am also a self-publisher of a soapy novel series MILLIKEN MILLS which I refer to as my "DALLAS in a book+ set on the Maine coast.https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

Horror; Pivot Yeah I already recommended in another thread but am really liking it - just hoping the last few pages don't somehow spoil it all! - so have been recommending it to everyone I could think of.

No,they can be read in any order you wish. The stories are one off tales just like a Tales from the Crypt episode.
Hi Jen, my book
is contemporary YA but more on the Lit side than most of the genre. The main character is a little different as she is on the Autism spectrum but is otherwise just a normal girl. In the first book she is quite young, just fourteen and starting high school, but the series grows up with her. :)
Have you tried over in the Indie Book Club or whatever it's called here on goodreads? There may be people there who aren't over here.
If you're looking for an original take on vampires (a multitude of several different species), werewolves and zombies, you might want to take a look at the Trust Casefiles series.
For a romantic travel mystery take a look at Missing in Egypt, set in Australia and Egypt.Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Missing-in-Egyp...

Or if you like horses, Winston - A Horse's Tale is my second book, for teenagers upwards.

What's it about?
Jeff Draid is a geek genius. He's made a piece of hardware that will leave America's enemies nowhere left to hide.
It should make him rich but from the edge of triumph he is thrown into a nightmare of violence and fear.
Hunted by killers, and wanted by the Government Draid has to answer just one question.
When there is no place left to hide, where do you run?
What are Amazon reviewers saying already:
"The story grabs you from the start, a well thought out plot that moves along at breakneck speed. Plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing,"
"It has an original plot, great characters and, just when you think you have worked it out, the story moves on and throws up more twists..."
Hi JenI've just published the second book in my Handmaiden series. If you're quick it's currently free on Kindle!#
The series is a mix of paranormal horror and science fiction elements, blending ghosts and witches with a futuristic setting. It might be a bit on the violent side for young adult, but there's no explicit material.

Enemy CombatantI'll go ahead and post a little self-promotion. This book is based on the award winning (1st Place, Terror Film Festival) movie script I wrote. It is actually an action thriller, but was embraced by the horror genre because of the unfiltered telling of the story.
It currently has 8 ratings on Goodreads for an average score of 4.5. These are real ratings, not friends, family, or sock puppets. Hopefully it will get additional reviews soon.

Perhaps I will get in on this list. I have two middle grade novels out: Broken Promises and Old Promises. And I just met Ross Malone, a self published author who writes on Missouri history, odd things. He has Tales From Missouri and the Heartland; This Day in Missouri History; Mysterious Missouri; The Intrepid; and Tobias and the Governor. They will be joining my To Read list as they sound very interesting.
I have several clean romantic comedies, Her Best Match and Best Dating Rules, and a young adult fantasy, Alora, that should be out next month. Check my website, where you can read samples. If you are interested, I'll send a free copy. You don't even have to write a review. I mostly want your feedback. Thanks!

I have a sci-fi suspense / mystery series. "313" Vol 1 is Missing Time, Vol 2 is Time Spent. Vol. 3 Time Lost will be coming out later this year. I also will be releasing a YA novel, The Wizard in my Window, next month. My Amazon Page: http://Author.to/JDavidClarke
Hi Jen, I have a little something different... an action adventure thriller. This book plays to the full range of emotions; the characters and storyline are so real you feel as if you're reading non-fiction. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll become angry, and you'll become enlightened. Danielle Montgomery proves that women not only survive but emerge as victors from the battles of life. A strong, moving, and emotional ride on a fast paced, action packed, thrill ride from the streets of Boston to the jungles of the Congo. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... Check out the strong Goodreads reviews, as well as the more than dozen 5* reviews on Amazon. amzn.to/17qT2an
Hi Jen,Thanks for posting this topic. I'm assuming we're allowed to post our own works here, so I'll do that as well as another self-published title I'm reading.
Here are the links to my recently published book, a contemporary young adult romance:

And I'm also recommending Wrecked by Elle Casey:

I am hoping to read and review more self-published titles this year (especially by lesser-known authors) so I'll check in when I can to add and pull from your list.
Thank you so much!

The best way to judge any self-published novel is to read the samples. I furnish 50% samples on most books, and will get more up when ready. http://ripleyking.blogspot.com/
