Lol! Yes, nothing that has flour, no pasta, no bread, no cookies, no quiches. Only fruits, vegetables and proteins, either vegetal or animal protein (white and read meat and fish). If i don't eat flour 4 days a week i lose weight and especially don't retain water.

I haven't followed the thread. But i don't think i'll finish this book tonight and tomorrow i'll be pretty busy. Don't thnik i'll have the time to finish this one and start Raw.
I do first two days without grains and then one with an another without. It's not good to avoid grains completely. But grains create an addiction, the more you eat the more you want.
@ GabyI do the South Beach Diet. Ur only without grains without the first two wks. Then u reintroduce . If need b ur allowed a fiber drink. Think Metamucil.
