Emy stared at Piper, "You're... Divergent?" She had been raised to fear the Divergent. Her boyfriends Eric, Dauntless leader, devoted his life to hunting them down and killing them, she always thought Divergent people would be scary alien creatures, but Piper was smaller than Emy and Piper looked as thought she'd never hurt a fly, much less a whole city like Eric made the Divergent out to be.
Manner read her book silently. She had to pass initiation. She would try her hardest. And she couldn't let her secret out
Piper nodded slowly as her chin quivered, "p-please don't..don't tell anybody.." She knew as soon as someone found out she was dead meat..
Emy knew she would most likely never see Eric again, besides if Piper was divergent that meant they weren't any different than people like her and Eric and Jeanine. She could keep one secret, "I promise I won't tell anyone. We're friends and I would hate to see you die." She winked jokingly and added, "So your brother... he sounds really great, I can see why you miss him." She squeezed Piper into a tight hug.
She just had to beware of Jeannine. No manipulating any thing
Ethelind stirred silently, her book laying open on the floor. She peered up, under her eyelids she saw two Erudite Members. She blinked her eyes, slowly, watching them through her eyelids. Hm...
She noticed another girl, Manner I think her name was sitting on one of the beds reading a book. She slowly got up and retrieved her copy of Dickens's and put it back in the trunk, before getting up and slowly, stalking towards her.
"Hey," she found herself, bringing her hand up in a two-fingered wave, before gradually bringing it back down again and putting it at her side. "What are you reading?"
She noticed another girl, Manner I think her name was sitting on one of the beds reading a book. She slowly got up and retrieved her copy of Dickens's and put it back in the trunk, before getting up and slowly, stalking towards her.

Piper hugged her back, "I-I'd do anything just to see him one more time.." She hicupped and started crying again.
Emy sat silently hugging Piper as Piper cried into her shoulder, "It's ok, maybe you'll get to see him on visiting day!" She said hopefully.
"I doubt it.." Piper pushed herself and walked out, she walked to her bed and hid her whole body under the covers, it was almost impossible to she her. She hoped no one would bug her..That was unlikely though..
Emy watched Piper leave, the girl was so mysterious, unlikely she would ever truly get through to her. Emy sat alone in the room for a while, and finally got up and walked back into the room. She cuddedled up under the covers, despratly wishing for someone to come and comfort her.

Amber looked up. "Um… Infinity Ring: Behind enemy lines"
"Oh, So you haven't read The Iron Empire yet? I heard it was very interesting." she smiled slightly, before looking down at her hands, clasped between her lap. "So it's good then?" she said eventually. "The book, I mean."
Piper sobbed loudly under the covers, not caring about anyone else. She was not Abnegation anymore, she was selfish, she was Erudite.
"Yes. It's suspenseful and then it has history in a fun way!"
Ethelind nodded in acknowledgement. After all, she knew what he was talking about.

"Meh. I'm an Erudite. Born and raised." Her gesture was warm. "I thought of changing, though. Dauntless, or something else. An adventure, maybe, but I knew I'd never fit in with those guys. Too much adventure, y'know? Not good for you." She smiled. "I always liked books better."

"Probably not." she said, smiling. "I guess, I'm not very noticeable."
Ethelind smiled one more time, before getting up and dusting herself off.
"I'll see you later, then," she said hopefully, and stalked out of the Dormitory. Sometimes, she found sadly, it was best just to leave someone to their books. She giggled, endearingly, before making her way to the library.

Emy suddenly looked to Piper. How could I be so selfish? She thought. "Piper, I'm so sorry." Without asking Emy crawled over and sat on Piper's bed. "Look I know it's hard, but things can only get better from here right? I mean they defiantly can't get worse!" She said optimistically, squeezing Pipers hand.
"You never know..it's happened.." Piper poked her head up from under the covers, her blue eyes shining with tears..
"Piper...." Emy let her sentence trail off.
"What?" Piper sat up and wiped her eyes.

Seth walked into the room seeing all the girls he wasn't sure what had happened in the few minutes he had been gone from the room
Piper wiped away her tears and looked at Emy, "just leave me be for now.." She looked over at guy and smiled at him slightly.

Amber closed her book and stuck it in her stuff. To much noise now

"I could never not think of myself at least every once and while so I knew I needed to leave Abnegation and Erudite just seem to fit right..So here I am!" Piper smiled slightly.
