"I foresaw an occasion like this coming up," River shrugged, spreading the board out onto a patch of floor.
Cleo leaned forward to see what River was doing.
"Monopoly or Monopoly. You may have the honor of choosing, Cleo."
"Basically, you have theoretical money, you buy pieces of theoretical land, put theoretical houses on your theoretical land, and try to prevent other people from getting too much money."
"Only the best game ever" Cleo told her smiling, she remembered playing monopoly with her her brother brother, Anden when he was still alive. She frowned.
((*sigh* Anden is such an awesome name...))River shrugged. "I'm awful at it, anyway, so there's no need to know all the details."
"Imma gonna beat all of you guys" Cleo said forcing a smile. ((( Yeah, got it from Legend )))
((*sigh* Legend was such an awesome book... XD))"Okay, we need to choose pieces..." River murmured, "And I totally claim the iron!"

Cleo pushed Catron slightly, "Play, you afraid I'll beat you?" she teased smirking.
Cleo laughs, "Wanna bet? On who's gonna win?" Cleo asks him.
((Thank you! :) ))"I'm willing to bet against myself," River shrugged.
Cleo noticed the tension that had spread over the room. She cleared her throat, "I bet that I can beat all of you" she says smirking.
"Okay, well we should roll to see who goes first..." River said, "Highest goes first." ...Of course, he managed to roll snake eyes. "Wow. So I'm going last..."
Cleo frowed when Catron got up. She rolled next anyway, and got a five, and a two.

"Okay, so I guess the order is Cleo, Bekah, me."
Cleo smirked, and rolled again this time she got double twos. "Ugh" she muttered moving her Hat.
"Heh, heh," River grinned, "That's income tax..."
"You cursed me" Cleo protests, narrowing her eyes at River. "Evil fish magic" she mutters.
River rolled a five. "AHA! I'm going to iron right over you to the Reading Railroad!" He moved his iron piece.
" I hate you" Cleo said shaking her head.
Cleo glanced back at Catron, "What?" she asked.
River watched everybody, because Cleo had yet to take her next turn.
River could tell that she didn't want to be followed.He followed her.
Cleo turned and saw River, "What happened?" she asked curiously.
"Nothing," he replied calmly, taking a seat next to the board.
Cleo narrowed her eyes, "I don't know, but I'm not playing anyway" she replies getting up. She wasn't in the mood anyway.
"What?" River asked, confused, "We only just started..."
Cleo glanced back at River before leaving, she needed some time alone. She walked to the library.
Well that left River to clean up the board. Girls are so weird... he mused as he carefully placed each piece back into the box.
When Bekah was finished, he placed the box's lid back on the box and walked with it over to his bed, so he wouldn't have to carry it around in his jacket.
River flopped onto his bed and stared at the ceiling. What did he have better to do?
River found himself glancing over at her now and then, only for a second before looking away.
