Hello everyone, the name is Dementia. An avid reader if I am not lost in a book I am losing my mind in my own little world that I create. I may not be brilliant at writing, but this year I wish to see if I have what it takes to fulfil my dream of being a writer or if I will have to put it to rest.

Well, right now I'm writing a horror/suspense/romance. I'm not really sure what to categorize it as. Everything I do write though always has the romance element to it. :)

My mind really needs to try and settle on one thing to run with and not the five thousand things it tries to do at one time. Although at the moment a demon is taking up my time. I have classed him in the genre of horror as he gets a little torture happy at times.
As for what I read or write, it depends on what is on my mind at the time. Reading wise I read whatever takes my fancy, if that is a romance, horror or murder mystery then so be it. Combine them all and I'm in my element.
Writing wise it is the same. I like to touch upon it all. A little romance and horror with mystery is always what I try to work at. I like to keep people guessing at what comes next. I may not do that right, but I do try.
