Try this and see if the results are any different:

Go to "My Books". Look in the left column near the bottom and you will find a link "most read authors". Copy and paste the top ten here. You may have to clean the list up (formatting, not content!) a bit before posting.

You are welcome! :) I love exploring and finding cool threads on HA. Sometimes I will spend hours on here just going through the threads and seeing what kind of "treasure threads" have been hidden from view. :)

Stephen King - 67
Brian Lumley - 37

John Grisham - 29
Douglas Preston - 28
James Patterson - 27
Patricia Cornwell - 26
F. Paul Wilson - 26
Agatha Christie - 24
Bentley Little - 21

Agatha Christie is not accurate. I've read more like 50-60 of hers, but so long ago I don't remember the books enough to rate them.

4 Tess Gerritsen 15
6 Brian Jacques 14
6 James Rollins 14
8 J.K. Rowling 9
9 Robert Jordan 7
9 Garth Nix 7

Couple of ties. I read almost all the Redwall books as a kid so that accounts for Brian Jacques. :) The others I'm not surprised by at all.

Probably not completely accurate as I haven't logged a lot of my reading prior to 2008 on here, for example I've read the first 9 of Jim Butcher's Dresden series which would put him high on the list.
