He caught her, locking her in his arms, laughing.

Rise smiled brightly and laughed. Still gasping for breath.
He smiled down at her. "Meanie."
"Let's go have lunch," he chuckled
Rise nodded. "Kay." she said pulling out his arms.
He took her hand and led jer to a cafe.
He walked inside and pulled her chair out for her.
He smiled and sat down. "I'm starving," he whined.
Rise rolled her eyes. "That's why we're here."
"Wanna share something?" He smiled
Rise shrugged. "As long as I get food, I don't care."
He chuckled. "That's the Rise I know."
He chuckled. "That's the Rise I know."
He grinned. "We could share a pizza?"
"Are you a vegetarian all the sudden?" He chuckled.
"The meat here makes me sick." she said, nearly grimacing at the last word.
"Oh well, we could have one without meat," he shrugged.
He ordered a pizza without meat and some drinks for them. "Well, what have you been doing this week?"
"Nothing really." she said stirring her drink. "Reading...that's about it."
"What did you read?" He smiled.
Rise looked up. "I read some Dreseden Files, The Embrace series..."
"Nice," he smiled. "I don't read that much. I practised a little."
"I'm writing a new song," he smiled.
He nodded. "It's about you," he said, smiling shyly.
He grinned cheekily at her. "I couldn't resist."
"That's sweet." she said, taking a piece of pizza.
He smiled softly and took a slice himself.
He ate it as well. "Well, your my best friend so."
"So, it's spring holiday soon... what will you do? Will you come to visit?" He smiled.
"No. I um...I have stuff to do." she said softly, looking away.
"Don't you want to?" He bit his lip, feeling slightly hurt.
"I do. I'll just be busy. I'm not sure if I'll have time." she said.
