Something I learned today.

I learned what that dull, annoying vaguely buzzing sound was, that sounded like it was coming from a block away. It was the sound of a text message alert while the phone was on vibrate, deep within my purse. I swear I thought it was coming from a neighbor's house.
I learned that girls are always right.

Wow, you were one stubborn man if it took you this long to realize that.
I still don't care for tequila.
Are you talking about the dude that is going to vote to hold Holder in contempt?
Seriously....just be a Republican. Don't waste people's time with that D after your name.

The difference between brewed coffee and drip coffee is like the difference between "sports" and "baseball". Virtually all hot coffee is brewed in some form or fashion, but drip coffee is brewed using a specific method, i.e. a drip coffeemaker with a filter and hot water.
I heard on the news that there are nine times as many gun dealers in America as McDonalds stores. Is that even possible?
Beginning in 1942, Jews in Germany were not allowed to keep pets. Since their pets were "Jewish," they had to be killed, even if their owners found non-Jewish friends to care for them.

WHAT the WHAT?
I just learned that if you live in a communal apartment in Russia, you and your co-residents have different colored toilet seats, and each family uses their own and then hangs it on the wall. You should not use the other family's toilet seat.
That Andy Warhol was right on the money about the 15 minutes of fame thing, even rednecks who are a minor head injury away from eating their own feces:

*hugs Cynthia* I couldn't find any articles on the web supporting this, so I'm going to treat it as a bad dream.

I was thinking that was a show I could watch, until they got to the part where the mother sneezed.
And then I couldn't tell if the pregnant daughter was 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, or 16.
And then the ultrasound technician did an ultrasound on the 6 year old, because you definitely want to let a 6 year old know ahead of time that pregnancies are tons of fun.
And then they started talking about biscuits.

Damn it!
I did not know that Bowie was supposed to play last night. I missed it.
Do not tell me that tv now has the functionality of going back to watch it anyway, even if I didn't record it. My tv habits live in the early 90s.
Just like how my mom's live in the early 70s. She turns on the tv and then walks across the room to sit down and watch it. She doesn't even use the remote to change the channels, just volume and power.

Thanks Phil. Having thought about it further. If that is the reason for eliminating me, I am not unhappy about it. It obviously wasn't the type of company I would be happy working for.
I'll put it down as good interview experience and move on to the next one.
