He rolled his eyes, before getting up and walking upstairs, and knocking on the door, leaning against the wall as he waited for him to answer.

" come in!" A gargles voice said. Chris was scarfing down ice cream while laying on his bed and watching tv

Avery sighed heavily before opening the door, and walking, in raising an eyebrow as he leaned against the wall- not taking his chances with sitting anywhere.

Chris smiled a bit though said nothing to Avery.

"I'm supposed to talk, and you supposed to listen- but i have nothing to say," Avery said, holding back a small smile.

"Well I have something to say." Chris shook his head and said "I'm sorry." Placing his ice cream down on the bed. He stood and went by the window

Avery shook his head, "There's no reason to be sorry, you just wanted to make your parents happy," He said.

"Yeah I I fucked everything up." Chris said, not meeting Avery's eyes.

[Morgan]

He stuck his hand in his pocket, "It's not like it was gunna last forever, you made it easier." Avery told him, trying to keep his voice emotionless.

Chris nodded, somewhat upset, though remained neutral. He say back down and played with his ice cream

Avery gave him a smirk, "Besides now that you're out of the closet with your parents you can date plenty of hot guys."

Chris shrugged, not having a reply to that. He laid back against his pillow, looking up at the ceiling

"So we good?" He asked, not wanting to go back downstairs without knowing.

"I guess." Chris said, not too enthusiastic

"That doesn't sound too promising." Avery said, taking a step forward.

"It is." Chris shrugged, lying. He knew nothing could come of them but he'd wished. Now that he'd actually said it, it was as though he'd just been slapped across his face

"Sure it is..." Avery said trailing off slightly. "Why'd you cut it?" He asked, meaning his hair as he leaned back against the wall.

"Just trying to look the part." Chris said sadly, missing his long, unruly hair.

He rolled his eyes slightly, "Well you looked much cuter before," Avery told him with a smile before opening the door.

"Excuse me?" Chris raised his eyebrow at Avery, stirring upright.

He looked back at him, "What? It's true," Avery told him simply.

Chis chuckled a bit a laid back down, "well you'd be happy to know a lot of things stayed the same."

Avery looked at him, "Oh would I?" He asked, trying to force the playful tone out of his voice, but it didn't really work.

Chris laughed, nodding before laying back down

He but his lip, "Well don't leave me hanging. Tell me what's the same," Avery said, taking a seat on the chair in the corner, propping his head up on his hand.

Chris shook his head "no." He refused

He sighed softly, "Fine," Avery said with a pretend pout before getting up.

Chris laughed a bit, rolling onto his stomach to read and eat his ice cream

Avery rolls his eyes with a smile before going back downstairs.

Viv was waiting to tackle him at the bottom of the stairs

He held up his hands defensively towards Viv as he made it to the bottom.

"What happened?" Viv asked, smiling.

[Morgan]

"Uh," He said, walking past her slightly. Wondering what was even going through her mind. "Nothing, we're good." Avery told her.

Before she could reply the front door flew open. "What's up?!" Zac burst in yelling, going to hug Jon and kiss Viv on the cheek.

Avery smiled slightly as he saw the other boy, not too surprised he'd show up as he leaned against the wall.

Chris raced down stairs in jeans and a black tshirt. He hugged Xac who laughed before saying,"we're going to a party." To his parents who shrugged

Avery nodded, figuring he mind as well leave then as he ran his thumb over his keys.

"Guess who finally came out of the closet?" Jon chuckled. Zac beamed, "Viv you owe me twenty bucks." He said. Chris turned bright red, "you people are terrible." He fummed. Zac rolled his eyes and lifted Chris in his arms

Avery laughed, shaking his head. "I guess i should be leaving, see you later. You two have fun." He said to Zac and Chris before closing the front door behind him.

Viv ran out after him, "oh no you're not. It's late." She said. You can leave to morrow"

[Morgan]

He sighed turning around to face her, "I already made a reservation at a hotel like two miles away." He protested, taking a step backwards towards his truck.

"Please don't." Viv warned him as Zac and Chris walked out. "You need to stay." She said distantly

"Fine," He said with a heavy sigh, getting into his truck. "I'll be back in a few."

Viv shook her head, "no please" she continued

He shook his head, "Why?" He asked raising an eyebrow- wondering if she even had a valid reason for him to stay.

"Something isn't right." Was what she said, looking back at the house. Viv had a strange way of making predictions.

"Oh?" He asked with a sarcastic smile, not at all taking her seriously.

"Please!" She all but begged him. "Something isn't right!" Jon stood at the door way watching
