Kirsten (kmcripn) | 38 comments I liked The Andromeda Strain. Many classics have been dramatized MANY times. Also, PBS/BBC is great for dramatizing classics and/or mysteries.

Practical Magic from Alice Hoffman's book. A rare instance where I liked the movie more than the book.

I also thought Sacrifice from Sharon Bolton's book was very good. I only know of it being available from IFC MIdnight.
