I sometimes eat Roman noodles raw and put the flavoring on top and eat it like that.

Are you kidding!? :) ;) I eat with a fork. I don't like the broth of the Raman, so I just drain it off and then put the seasoning on top... (not all of it, though, it's too strong)
you gys are so.. so... Mainland ish. It is spelt RAMEN! R-A-M-E-N. Okay? Not Raman or Roman, but ramen understand? Okay. So you can eat it raw, smash it up, then shake it up in a ziploc with the seasoning. Yeah, and then chopsticks and forks are fine, but you also need a soup spoon. Better than Ramen noodles s Udon noodles with oriental seasoning. *Love it!*
OK. Got it--RAMEN. Right? I've never had Udon noodles, what the heck are they. The name sounds silly. :) ;)P.S. This isn't a group about R-a-m-e-n, this is about F-a-b-l-e-h-a-v-e-n. Just to get back on topic... :)

Wierd. yes, ramen. Udon is like Ramen except white and thick. Kind of dough-y. It is so Yummy.
