I only have one book by Suzanne Woods Fisher but I heard she's really good. I'm not as much into Amish books these days--not sure why because I used to like them a lot.

Yes it is the first book Camy. I have read the last two. Book 3 and 4. Then went back to 1. I find I do that frequently. So silly of me. But I won book 3 and then she sent me book 4 for review. Book 4 is the last in the series. I have enjoyed all of them.

I just currently reading: All the Summer Girls, by Meg Donohue. The story takes place in Avalon, New Jersey, which is a beach I have been going to all of my life. Can't wait to see how it turns out. I'm already intrigued by the characters.

Just finished Big Girl Panties by Stephanie Evanovich. I really enjoyed this book. I think we can all relate to the main character at one point or another in our lives. Holly draws you right in from the beginning as she steps on board the plane and doesn't let go until she is back on that plane at the end of the book.

That's so neat! I hardly ever read books based on places I know. Most books just aren't set in northern California or O'ahu.

Well, at least the series is continuing! Kind of like Tolkien's son taking over his notes and putting out more Middle Earth books. I've never read the Sunny Randall series--or any of his books, for that matter. I take it you like them a lot? :)

julie, I never got approved through Net Galley either. I signed up for Bethany House's blogger program. If you've enjoyed Dee's last three books, I think you'll love "Unspoken."
Camy, I like RBP's books. They're formulmatic but the characters are flawed and I like the way he saw life. Sunny Randall is a pampered, lost version of Tess. she carries a gun though.

I just started The Wish Maker by Ali Seth. Saw some reviews that were not too positive so I'm hoping it turns out to be a good read. Was sorry that I looked at the reviews!

Sometimes I'm like that too, I'm sorry I read the reviews! Especially since I sometimes absolutely love books that other people absolutely hated. :)

I know ! Was so disappointed after I read the reviews. It's like movies though- I could love a movie and it doesn't mean it's going to be an award winning movie- all individual. So reading on!!!!

I'm the same way about movies!!! I almost always dislike the award winners but I love the ones the critics hated. :)

I just finished up Memory's Door by James Rubart, A Plain Disappearance by Amanda Flower and A Bride for All Seasons by several authors. All three were good in their own ways. I'm giving away copies of Memory's Door and A Plain Disappearance on my website this week.

I just started a Good Clean Murder by Traci Tine Hilton. It's cute and has had some interesting aspects to it.

I'm also starting Lori Copeland and Virginia Smith's newest book, A Bride for Noah. I've been looking forward to this new series by Copeland and Smith. I so enjoyed their Amish meets cowboys series.

There are so many good books out there and so little time!!!

I'm of the opinion that the character, Vince, is the funniest and most interesting of them all. Being looking out for his story since book 1

I finished it! Haven't had a chance to write my review yet. It's definitely one of my favorites this year, but a fair warning, it was hard to read in some places...not an easy-going read by any means!

I have always enjoyed Mary Connealy's books! She has a sense of humor that I really get.

That's so neat! If I feel up to it, I will definitely try to read it. I know that some of the best books are difficult at parts. I usually have to make sure I don't have a writing deadline when I read those books since they typically stick with me for several days after I finish.

After reading The Giver by Lois Lowry for banned books week, I'm currently reading The Montana Gallagher Series and Alaina Claiborne: A British Agent Novel by MK McClintock.
