Perhaps they're using the Mobile website or app which doesn't have the small "edit" link after the header?

I have no idea. As in I have no idea what device they are using, so it could be that, or it could be they have no clue. I don't either lol

Done. The trick is to use the full Desktop website. The small "edit" link after the header doesn't appear on the Mobile website or app. (On the Mobile website, click the "Desktop version" link at the bottom of the page.)

Ohhh. No it's, usually when adding a thread to the Solved folder it's adding the book, adding Solved before the header and then another [s] at the bottom, and that's a lot, but I don't want it in the Solved folder I'd like it under Possibly solved, and since I've never had a thread go there, I didn't know what to do in that regard. Thank you Kris!

Thanks Becca. "I'm pretty sure..." sounds like Solved to me. If the person finds this isn't their book, we can move their request back to the Unsolved folder.
