Aditya Finsihed World Gone By World Gone By (Joe Coughlin, #3) by Dennis Lehane by Dennis Lehane. An excellent gangster novel by possibly the best genre writer of his generation. A much improved book from its disappointing predecessor Live by Night. Rating - 5/5.

Ines (imaginary_space) Currently reading
Fujisan
I just started the second story in the book and it seems very different from the first (not better or worse) and quite a bit suspenseful. If the other stories are as good as the first two, this book is going to be a favourite.

message 4440: by Gary (new)

Gary Smith Just finished Bryan Smith's 'House of Blood'. I liked it. I think he is slightly underrated. All his ideas are very original. There's a sequel called 'Queen of Blood', i already have it on the way lol. He's very detailed and the story lines always make sense, as well as gory and disturbing. Probably going to read 'Cell' by the Man Stephen King next. Cant wait!

message 4441: by Ashley Marie (new)

Ashley Marie I'm in the midst of finishing up Dark Places by Gillian Flynn

I really got sucked into Gillian Flynn's other two novels but this one seems to be a clunker. I'm around 80% through so we'll see what happens to end it, but so far it looks like a 3-star read.
