Christina, I just finished my first book for the month -
by Chris Cavender. It is a promising start to a new series, and I don't know why it has languished so long on my TBR shelves! Thank you for the push to get to it. Now I must decide which of your picks will be next -- they all look so good!

Oh I am so glad you liked it! I remember enjoying that one a lot.
I remember reading It's All Greek to Me..I think it was 2 years ago, Easter Sunday. I was laughing so hard I was crying and I scared my little ones because they thought I was just crying! I read it all in one day, I just couldn't put it down.
I have its all Greek to me on my list of books for this week..I have two ahead of it, but I'm looking forward to it. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

looks most interesting one at this moment, but it all depends on the mood :)

I liked Wanted by her lost love as well, glad you enjoyed Tangled. I've read a lot of good reviews for it and I'm hoping to get to it soon.

. What a sweet and emotional story, I am so happy for Megan and Nate!"Wasn't it great!? I loved that one too!
I finished my second pick today Vain. I picked it up and didn't put it down until I finished it! What a great story with more depth than most YA books have. This has gone onto my favorites list and I will definitely be reading more by thus author. Thank you for a great pick!Read this month
Alexis,Just finished
and really enjoyed it. Thanks for alerting me to it's existence. Really enjoyed the level of insanity found in the Rock Chick series AND got to see Lee and his boys again. That was cool. Thanks!!
I just finished my second pick The Edge of Never. I have a few other book that I need to finish then I'll try to get another pick in.

Hi Ezinwanyi,I finished my first pick last night,
and really liked it, 4 stars! I will be reading the rest of this series too.I will be starting
tonight!
Hi ElkeJust finished my second pick
and really liked it! I would never have picked this one up on my own, so I'm happy to have discovered it!! Thanks for your picks this month. They were great!
Breann wrote: "Hi Melissa! I finished
and I loved it just as much as the first one! Thanks for the pick!"Yay! I'm glad you liked it.

Hard Day's Knight and The Trouble With Harry by Katie MacAlister

are they written with the same humor she used in It's all greek to me? If it is I will add it to my to-read shelf.
Hey VildaI am finally getting around to doing some reading this month and I just finished It Had to Be You actually I started it last night and read until very late before I had to give in to sleep. Finished it this morning. I am going to do more of your picks this week so stay tuned!
2.5 stars I love Jill Shalvis very much but this one was not her best in the Lucky Harbor series. I am gonna write a long review for it because I have quite a bit to say on the subject ;)P
Hello Sassafrass, <\b>SorryI took so long to get back to you. First I wanted to thank you for your picks, I want to get to all of them!
I just finished Fix You
and enjoyed it but didn't love it. It was a 3 star read for me. I'm having trouble lately finding a book that I love, I'm gonna give Down London Road a try and see if that one changes things ;)
Thanks again!

Well it's been a while since I read them...I know it was reading those that led me to It's all Greek to me. They were all funny, but It's All Greek to me was the funniest. I feel pretty confident since you liked this one, you'd like those others. The Trouble with Harry is set in regency England, Hard Day's Night is contemporary.

Great I will add them to my list.
Thank you!
Hi Leslie,I was finished Entwined with You and didn't really like it and I loved the other 2. To me it was pointless and the ending wasn't that great. There's 2 more books that's going to be apart of this series, had I known that when I was reading the book, I probably wouldn't have had high expectations for it. What did you think of the book?
Will I read the next 2 books in this series? Absolutely b/c I'm a sucker who needs to know how this series ends!
On to Mystery Man. ;-)

Completely agree with you Shatan! I am also a sucker! lol!!
Hi Ezinwanyi,I finished my second pick
and I LOVED it!! 5 stars. I laughed so hard I cried at some parts. And I loved the sweet enemies to friends to lovers romance. Thank you!
Susan A I just finished blue notes and I liked it but it annoyed me that the author kept referring to Jason as an old man and Jules as a kid...big deal there was a twelve year age difference it's not like Jason was in his 60s and Jules was in his 20s.
off to read something else........
Arena--I just finished my second PIFM challenge book this month, Kiss an Angel. I thought that some of the premises of the book were unbelievable and the plot odd, but I liked the characters and got totally sucked in. Thanks for the recommendation. By the way, is this book classified as Christian Fiction?
Melissa, I finished Blue Notes and it was okay. I don't know if I'm just being picky or not but there were some things in that book that just really bothered me. Onto the next :)
Nadine wrote: " Susan A I just finished blue notes and I liked it but it annoyed me that the author kept referring to Jason as an old man and Jules as a kid...big deal there was a twelve year age difference it's..."
I agree. I really don't like when authors do that either. I think, (like you?) I have a different opinion on what an age difference of note is.
You are really flying through this challenge! I haven't read any yet. I hope to start on my first book tomorrow.
Brandilyn,I finished my second pick, Blue Notes, and I did like it, liked the storyline, characters and setting. I did have some issues with the writing though, especially the constant repeated references to the age difference between the MCs (the same as Nadine and Breann). Overall it was enjoyable, but could have been so much better. Thanks for the pick!

I love to read I try to finish at least 5 books a week....crazy I know. I am finishing up the last book on another challenge today and then I am back to your list. :)
Hi Nikita,I finished my fourth pick -
. I really enjoyed it. I liked Jules and Jason a lot, as well as Jason's smart, good-hearted, meddling sister- everyone needs one! Like Nadine, Breann and KarenH, I had issues with the constant references to the age difference between the guys. Repetitive and exaggerated. But aside from that, I really enjoyed the Paris setting and their relationship. Thanks for the great pick! Next up for me is my fifth pick, and I think my last for this month....Down London Road :)
Brittany --I finished Slam! today. 3 stars. Easy, funny read, but not my favorite by this author. Thanks for the pick.
Wake Me Up Inside is next.
Hi Nadine, I finished my first pick yesterday,
. I like it a lot! Thanks for the push to read it. I'm hoping to get in at least one more before the month is over, but I'm not sure if there will be time.

Hey Kerste! I just finished up Backstage Pass and I really, really enjoyed it! I can't wait to read the next one and was disappointed to find that book 1.5 just isn't available. That sucks. 4 stars!
Katie, I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Yeah! Don't wait for 1.5, go onto book 2. But wait to read Trey's story until you get through Jayce and Eric's stories. That's my advice anyway.
I'm a stickler for reading series in order, so no problems there. I have to admit, though, that Trey is the one who has my attention right now and I REALLY want to read his book.
Shatan wrote: "Hi Leslie,I was finished Entwined with You and didn't really like it and I loved the other 2. To me it was pointless and the ending wasn't that great. There's 2 more books that's going to be apar..."
Hi Shatan, I'm sorry the third book wasn't as good as the first two. I actually haven't even read the second book yet. Got distracted by too many others!! I love the KA book and in fact just finished the third one in this series. Loved them all. Let me know what you think!
Inge wrote: " Hello Sassafrass, SorryI took so long to get back to you. First I wanted to thank you for your picks, I want to get to all of them!
I just finished Fix You
and enjoy..."I hope you have better luck with Down London Road, Inge.
Hi, Amy! I haven't been able to get on much to report in but I have finished two books for the challenge so far:
Wallbanger--this was really cute! I loved how much I laughed during this book. It really made reading it a lot of fun.
Down London Road--seems like this one the opposite of the first. so much angst and dysfunction. It was sad, but a very good romance. I didn't speak to me the way the first one did, but I still really enjoyed it. I also read Until Fountain Bridge because I love Ellie and Adam so much. It was such a great way to tell their story.
I'm not sure what I'm going to read next, but I think I may give Nerds Are Freaks Too a try.
