Mine too Skandia! Ryder was so prickly, I loved it. Glad you enjoyed :-)
Hi Melissa, finished another pick
and it was everything I could have ever wanted in Kaleb's book. So incredibly, amazing!
i finished up The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society last night - overall I liked it, but I wish there have been more focus on the society itself, it seemed a bit disjointed in a few places - but a cute read overall
For the audio listeners out there:
if currently selling for $1.99 on pre-order. It will be released on Monday :)Here's the link:

Hi Amy I finished my third pick today, Nerds Are Freaks Too. It was cute, I just wish it was more. it seemed too rushed for me. But, it had some funny moments.I'm not sure where I'm going to go next. I think I may try Tangled since a few other people have read it this month and have liked it.
Jane, just finished my 4th PIFM,
. 4 stars! I really liked it and hope that the author will make it into a series. Actually interested in the premise and the eventual downfall of the evil-doer. Not to mention the empress would make a good story!
Kate wrote: "Hi Fran I read Tangled, and I loved it! Thanks,
Kate"
I'm so glad you liked it Kate! I did too :)
Hi Sassafrass I read Tangled last week, I loved it. If you enjoyed Wallbanger you will probably enjoy Tangled.

Hi Ty,I am hoping she does more with this series. I loved the book and the premise was great. Glad you enjoyed it.
I finished a second pick,
. What an incredible story! I'm so glad I read this. Now I want to read
since I really enjoyed the author's writing.
Breann wrote: "Hi Melissa, finished another pick

Ok, I think I am finished with all I can for my June picks! Just finished
pick #6!!Thanks again Karen for the great picks!!!
Susan AI finished
and I really liked it. I love Marie Force. I have enjoyed her Fatal series and book 6 downloaded to my kindle this morning (I had pre-ordered it months ago) But before I read that one I am going to continue with your picks for me. I am starting Raw Desire during my lunch break.
Elke wrote: "Ok, I think I am finished with all I can for my June picks! Just finished

Wow Elke, you went a little crazy this month - I'm glad you enjoyed your picks! I kind of lost track of things and had to go back through to see what you'd read - I really need to get the ones I haven't already read moved up higher on my TBR! :D
Hey everyone! I'm gonna update what I read so far :)I already told Bre, but I'm going to post here as well.
The Secret of Ella and Micha (4 Stars)
Down London Road (5 stars ... this books is amazing!)
Fallen Too Far (5 stars or I could say 10 stars 'cause it was that good and it wouldn't let me sleep lol)
That was it so far ;)
Joyce,I finished my first pick:
. I absolutely LOVED it. Such a great story. I have to be in the right mood to enjoy magical realism. And today's dreary weather was such a perfect back drop to this book. Thanks for encouraging me to read it.
Hi Paisley, I don't think I've updated what I've read yet this month... Oy, things have been crazy!I read Bunny and the Bear but I started before the first so it technically doesn't count. I enjoyed it and gave it a low 4 stars. I also read It Had to Be You. It was also a 4 star read for me and if it had been written by someone else it would have been great, but I was expecting a little more from Jill Shalvis in this one. Most of the books in this series have been 5 stars for me, but I didn't love this one. Still very good though. Let's see... I read Blue Notes and liked it a lot too. I am currently reading Making Promises and am loving it! I'm hoping to get to more this month, but time is getting away from me. Several more with be going on my TBR or wishlist - this challenge is dangerous that way!! Thanks for the great picks this month!
Arena, I just finished my third PIFM challenge book this month,
. I liked it--it was a fun escape read. I plan to read some of the others in the series. Thanks for the recommendation!
Susan AI just finished Raw Desire...holy cow that was a hit book.....I think I found another must read author...Thank you!!!!
Leslie, I loved Mystery Man. Okay, there were times I felt like it could have been much shorter and then their were times where I wanted more, such as how Cabe proposed. I love the whole "Babe" thing! I think I might have to try more of KA's books. Thanks for the recommendation!
Breann wrote: "Finished
and it's Jeaniene Frost so it was awesome! As usual. Thanks Melissa!"Breann ~ I had to stay up last night to finish this
- couldn't go to sleep without finishing, lol. Now when is she coming out with book #3 ☺
Hi Lacy I finished my second pick ~ Twice Tempted which I also buddy read with Breann. Vlad and Leila rocked. Thanks for recommending it and helping me get it off my TBR pile. How about doing our buddy read of
Keeping Promise Rock next week.
Finished reading my first pick
I loved it and gave it four stars! :D Thanks for the great pick Cacophony!
Hey Cacophony!Finished another pick today had a lot of time in my hands..
Loved this one as well the characters and the plot really struck with me in fact I liked it even more than the first one :) Thanks for another great pick!
Nadine wrote: " Susan AI just finished Raw Desire...holy cow that was a hit book.....I think I found another must read author...Thank you!!!!"
You are so fun to pick for! I am glad you found so many you liked. I have read other Kate Pearce books and enjoyed them, but I think that was the only contemporary novel. The Simply series is historical and Planet Mail books are very light sci-fi, but fun and scorching hot.
Hi Paisley, I finished another pick! I finished Making Promises in the wee of the morning and I loved it! Thanks for the push to get back to this series, I am so grateful!
Susan A wrote: "Nadine wrote: " Susan AI just finished Raw Desire...holy cow that was a hit book.....I think I found another must read author...Thank you!!!!"

Thank you! I hope to read one or two more of your picks but some books that I have been waiting anxiously awaiting there release have just been released...so I must read those first...LOL. I will keep you posted but so far I have read 7 of your picks...not to bad ;)
MountainKat wrote: "Hi Paisley, I finished another pick! I finished Making Promises in the wee of the morning and I loved it! Thanks for the push to get back to this series, I am so grateful!"I am so glad you liked it - I felt the same way - it took me awhile to pick it up after finishing KPR because my heart couldn't stand going through that again but it was so less painful to read than KPR.
Paisley wrote: "I am so glad you liked it - I felt the same way - it took me awhile to pick it up after finishing KPR because my heart couldn't stand going through that again but it was so less painful to read than KPR. "Yes, but still it was emotional and grabbed you!
Breann wrote: "I loved Making Promises! Even more than KPR. Did you listen to the audio, MK?"No, I read it. I was going to listen, but I'm a little backed up with audio this month. I'm not getting a lot of listening time... Struggling with the reading time too. 8/
Did you listen? Was it good? I'm going back and forth about listening to the next one.
It was one of the best audiobooks I've listened to! I don't know if it's the same narrator for #3 though.
Breann wrote: "It was one of the best audiobooks I've listened to! I don't know if it's the same narrator for #3 though."I think 2 and 3 were the same, but 1 was different. But I would have to check to be sure. Thanks for the feedback, it helps with the decision on which way to go!
ETA: Yes, Paul Morey narrates both 2 and 3, Sean Crisden did the first one.
Arena--I just finished my third PIFM book this month,
. I had mixed feelings about the book--I didn't like the beginning and middle, but loved the ending. Thanks for the recommendation and for getting me to try a new author.
I finished my second book:Something from the Nightside. It was interesting, but I kept comparing it to the Greywalker series. Same basic premise. I didn't feel a strong connection with JT.
Gea--I just finishedPlaying for Keeps. Really enjoyed it--it was a quick read, made me laugh out loud and it was a 99 cent kindle book. The perfect book to start my summer vacation!
Hoping to finish a few more before the end of the month.
Sandy wrote: "I finished a second pick,

That seems to be an issue with all of KA's books, but it doesn't stop me from loving them. I got hooked on them not too long ago on a recommendation (thanks Melissa!!) and now can't stop reading them. The Rock Chick series is fun as well. Glad you found a new author!!
Erin-I finally finished Damaged by H.M.Ward. I really liked the story. Can't wait to read the 2nd book. Thanks for recommending this one.
Hi Sassafress,I finished Down London Road last week and really enjoyed it. I think it's a 4.5 star for me, thanks for the push!
Gea-just finished my second pick Squeeze Play Another great pick for the beginning of summer. Loved the characters (except for Natalie!)! Still going to try and read one more.
