I just finished
and am about to start
while I await the last book in the Aisling Grey series from the library.
I really liked the Aisling Grey series. I thought parts of the books were really funny. I finished Sins of the Night and Unleash the Night. I'm starting Dark Side of the Moon. All by Sherrilyn Kenyon. I'm liking the books a lot so far but thought the ending for Unleash the Night was really, really hokey.
I finished
last night, here's my review if anyone is curious, and now I'm starting
. I read the first Morganville book a while ago and I can't remember what happened at the end. I think I have to dig it out and read the last few chapters to refresh. I hate when that happens.
Finished On the Edge and I just finished listening to Shakespeare's Champion and started Shakespeare's Christmas. I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't enjoyed the written form, but the oral form of the book is nice. I'll listen to the entire Lily Bard series. I started Lament The Faerie Queen's Deception. I have no idea whether or not it's a good book.

I see lots of people posting about Graceling, I really loved that book and I have Fire sitting here looking at me but I have heard that Fire is not as good as Graceling...we shall see. And then I have
to read for a December challenge. And on and on LOL

I liked FADE OUT and thought SHADOWLAND was a total waste of time. Hope you like it. It just goes absolutely nowhere.

See I am not digging it as much as I did the first two but I thought it was because I stopped Shiver to wait on a friend to catch up with me so we could read it together and I am wanting to get back into Shiver...but that just may not be the reason...

I just started Midnight by Dean Koontz
Finished Dark Side of the Moon by Sherrilyn Kenyon. Least favorite book in the Kenyon series I've read so far. Started Dream Hunter last night.

I haven't read that one in a while so I don't really remember when it gets exciting, I just remember liking it, although it is a little different and some people don't like it.
I am reading Wit'ch Fire. Wow! really good. And it was free for the Kindle! It is a four book series so I a guess I am not reading anything else this month....
I am almost done with Shiver!!! WOW now I want a Sam for my very own!
I just finished hunted num 5 in the hon serise its was very enjoyable waiting for num 6 right now I'm reading the shadow queen by anne bishop I love her writing
i am now reading Evernight by Claudia Gray its not intresting and i just want it to be over with. then i will be reading Wake- Lisa McMann Shiver Maggie Stefvater , Blue Bloods Mellissa De La Cruz , Poison Study by Maria V Snyder , The Host by Stephene Meyer, Gone by Michael Grant, Minon by L.A Banks , The Summoning by Kelly Armstrong , Dead Witch Walking by Kelly Harrison and City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
I'm reading
. I just finished
and LOVED it!! I cant wait to read the next book in the series!! Hilarious and sexy romance story!
I've finally started The Host. I think I'm on chapter 9 or 10 and I'm not sure what to think of it yet. I'm having a hard time deciding who to hope for - The Wanderer who so far seems to be the main character or Melanie. I'm trying to keep my mind open to the whole parasite thing but... it's a little hard to sympathize with the 'Souls'.

When you get further let us know what you think of it.
I am currently reading the Sookie Stackhouse series. I got it (7 book box set) as a 2 year anniversary gift from my boyfriend. I am on the second book (Living Dead in Dallas) I haven't gotten far yet but I expect I will like it. :) I am kinda afraid to look at all of the books you are all reading. I have over 200 books in my to read shelf now I think...

It is a very strange book but it makes you think about things and is interesting if you can stick through it to the end. If either of you finish it I would love to chat about what you thought of it.
I'll definetly read it as soon as I have time, which seems to be something that I'm lacking right now. But once the Christmas holidays start I should have more time :D

It does take a little bit to get started, but it has a great story once it gets going. Everyone I have talked into reading liked it a lot. I would highly recommend it.
I am reading a YA Wish You Were Dead by Todd Strasser which I'm enjoying when I'm reading it, but I'm finding it easy to not be reading. Next up is Playing with Fire by Gena Showalter, a challenge book.

The bulk of the book deals with the internal struggle between the host body and the wanderer...the seconday issue is Wanderer's interaction with the people who hate her and don't want to give her a chance. I also liked it because I liked both characters and would have been unhappy if either had disappeared.
Just finiashed vampire academy the other day I really like it rose is a very likable charecter and I have to admit dimetri is very cool. I'm going to go get the ohers put on hold while I finish hon 6 so I can be chaught up in that serise
I just finished
, and now I'm starting
' it looks really short so I'll most likely have it done today or maybe tomorrow but im thinking today, then I'll move on to
[image error]
, I've heard good things about this series but don't know too much about it yet.
I'm about 3/4 done with
[image error]
I'll finish it but I'm not really connecting with the characters. I won't pick up the next in the series.
Amanda I LOVED Hunger Games & the sequel Catching Fire! I hope you like them.
Sandy - that's a series & author I've never heard of before. Why do you think you're not connecting with the characters? Is it the characters themselves or the writting style??

It's the characters themselves. They are sort of stock characterizations - the guy with the bad boy image who isn't, the heroine who doesn't really have faith in her abilities, etc. There just isn't anything about them that makes me care about what happens to them.
Oh my gosh! I have 25 books out from the library. I am swimming in books. BUT I did not know first lords fury was out! I gotta gotta have it. Currently reading Howling Legion and the second book in the Vampire Huntress book, and have so many books I have been waiting for including Canticle, Blue Diablo, Forest of Hands and Teeth, Elantris, and many the whole series of Amber (Old school fantasy). Oh well. Glad to here First Lord is good. I guess I should get back to my books. Julia wrote: "Finished First Lord's Fury by Jim Butcher. Loved it!Am now reading Blood Lite.

Also, I miss blogging. My granddaughter dropped my laptop so my computer is kaput. I still get on for a minute at work but cant do much more then lurk there. I am gunna get a new computer after christmas. Tonight I am tapping the keys at my library and they are blinking the lights to remind me it is time to go. Soo gotta go! Good reading all. Lily
I just finished
and thought it was a good anthology. I really enjoyed 3 out of the 4 stories. I'm now reading
Ack Lily - computer problems are no fun but maybe it will give you the extra time to get through those 25 books, YIKES!
I finished Devil May Cry and Upon a Midnight Clear. Am currently reading Dream Chaser, all by Sherrilyn Kenyon. I finished Divine Misdemeanors on Saturday and really liked it, maybe because I expected it to be so awful. I did the "Phrases I never want to hear again" drinking game and had 13 shots of Bailey's. Was pretty toasted by the end of the day. My family thinks I'm weird. :)
Lily,First Lord's Fury came out 11/24/09, so you're not far behind. It's very, very good, so you'll want to get it. 25 library books? Tell me that some are your kids!
Since I last posted I finished
which I really enjoyed! Started and finished
, which was a great book and I highly recommend it and have started and am almost finished with
I finished the Lily Bard series by Charlaine Harris on audiobook. It was a nice series and I liked the narrator's voice. I may have had trouble reading the books, but listening to them was great. I'm back to reading Lament The Faerie Queen's Deception and Unbound.
I finally finished
[image error]
. It took me a little while to get into it, but once I did, I enjoyed it. Now I'm about half way through
and starting
.
I started both
and

yesterday. Bloody Good is different than anything I've read, in a good way. Wolfsbane and Mistletoe has been kind of hit-or-miss, but that's how it normally is for me and anthologies.
Erin... I am curious as to what you think of Pride, Prejudice and Zombies. I have not decided if I should try that or not. I am reading the J.R. Ward books now. I am on Lover Unbound.

I finished [image error] and am just starting
. so far the start hasn't thrilled me, but ill give it a bit longer to get interesting.

Ward's series as well.
