Hey guys--I am "hosting" this month's challenge. Here it is for you all to start planning (in your whole 10 hours you have left before March 1.)

It’s all about HER

1) A book where the heroine is a “professional” woman (by which I mean one of the careers that we traditionally consider “professional”—or someone that is in middle to upper management in a “non-traditional” profession.)
2) Heroine is engaged in a non-stereotypical profession (ex. Mercy Thompson or military or police.)
3) Heroine is non-WASP—since so many of them ARE—ex. (again) Mercy Thompson, since she is half N.A. So heroine is African American, Hispanic, N.A., East Indian, Oriental, Middle Eastern etc.
4) Heroine is the Paranormal in the relationship
5) Heroine is frumpy, shy, geeky, over-weight, scarred or is non-perfect appearing in some way.

It’s all about HIM
1) The hero is in a “heroic” profession (police, soldier, fireman)
2) He’s a geek—scientist, teacher, hacker, computer expert, and, for a preference, HUMAN
3) He’s a were-wolf or other shapeshifter
4) He’s a vampire or incubus
5) He’s a magic user
