Thought I would also add The Great Gatsby. I was able to breeze through that book. Took about 4 hours I think.
The Time MachineBreakfast at Tiffany's
The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
The Little Prince
Animal Farm
Pippi Longstocking
There are a lot of list books (and a couple of threads about)that are less than 200 pages. But how fast they read depends on the reader I expect:http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/5...

are both less than 100 pages. I haven't yet read either of them."
I read Silk last year, and can attest it is a good read, and it is fast. It is beautifully written. I really enjoyed it.
I agree with Amie, silk was very short but very good, I just read they shoot horses dont they and it was very quick and very good as well.

Oops, that was 5 hours. I hit the wrong key. I started it when I put my boys to bed at 7 and finished around midnight.
here are more :The Nose by Nikolai Gogol
This guys nose jumps off his face.
The Blind Owl by Sadegh Hedayat A dark and twisted novel from iran. Actually banned in Iran because people read it and committed suicide soon after
These probably require two or three sittings to read. I like to ponder a book rather than rush through it. Most of these are under 250 pages and not too heavy philosophically or with unusual literary style (which always slows me down).Silk
