Nix raised a brow then leaned over to look at the list. "No. Lunch then three different accessory stores." he answered, cracking his knuckles against his leg.
Ari gave a sigh and leaned back agains true seat," Alissa you are ridiculous.. Where are you taking me for lunch?" She asked Ali shrugged a little bit," I don't know I let Nix pick where we were going."'she answered
Nix nodded as he pulled out of the parking space and down the road. "Your lunch is the nearest convenience store." he joked as he drove to the mall and its surrounding restaurants. Nix stopped in front of the all famous Cheddar's. The restaurant that everyone went to when they could.
Ali watched where they were going while Ari just kept her eyes closed and wanted to be done," I'm okay with that... I'm a way better cook than Ali ever will be.""Hey! I'm getting better I don't burn everything now and I haven't set a towel or the stove on fire again... Not since your mom tried to teach me in our kitchen " Ali answered
Ari laughed," so what is this place?"
Nix listened and his interest peaked when Ali said your mother. Surely they had the same parents. Nix shook his head at himself and let it slide, thinking it just a common slip up. "Cheddar's is a sit down that serves the best food in this godforsaken town." he said jokingly as he got out of the truck, his boots clomping into the ground as he walked a few feet away to stretch.
Ari nodded slightly as she got out of the truck." Ohh I see." She answered Ali looked at her," It's one of the best places to eat around here." She told her sister as she shut the truck door.
Ari looked back at her and smiled slightly," well okay then."
Nix slammed the truck door shut then looked it using the fob. He pulled out his wallet and searched through it, trying to find the right card. When he did, Nix separated it from the rest then looked back up et them. "Let's go, ladies." he says with a smile.
Ari watched Nix for a second as her and Ali waited for him. She looked over at her sister who nodded," Yup lets go." She replied slipping her hand into his as if she had done it all her life. Ari watched them quietly for a second and had the feeling others were watching them too." Alright show me this amazing place to eat then."
Nix held her hand, automatically twining his fingers with her's as they walked to the restaurants entrance. "Will do." he responded to Ari with a smile and walked in with them. Nix got a table for them and they followed a waiter to a booth. When they say, Nix say on one side, leaving it open if Alivwanted to sit with him or Ari.
Ali and Ari both followed him though Ari was looking around the place. She sat down across from Nix and Ali say next to him. Ali looked over at her sister," Are you alright you seem really distracted ever since you got here."
Ari shrugged,"im fine Alissa don't worry about me."
Nix watched the exchange then brought Ali's knuckles to his lips and kissed her hand as their waiter walked up for drink ordered. He got just water then waited for the girls to give their's.
Alissa smiled a little bit at the gesture and then leaned her shoulder slightly into his side as she got iced teaArielle watched them wishing for a second that she could have something like they had. She sighed inaudibly and then just got herself a lemonade.
Nix smiled at the waiter and watched him go for a moment. He took Ali's weight and stared at a nearby picture in thought. Nix felt like he was leading Ali on even though he didn't know if Arj felt the same way. ((I had an idea!))
Ali sighed softly as she looked over at her sister who was distractedly staring at the wall above them. She looking back at her sister and Nix
((So i figured there was like, one way to separate Ali and Nix. Someone gets caught kissing their real mate. Either Ash and Ali or Nix and Ari. It's just a thought though.))
((Ohhh I like it.. Maybe it could be Ali and Ash?))

((Yeah let's go for it... But how should it happen? Ohh I have an idea maybe ari went out for a bit by herself like on a walk or something and nix is out somewhere so it's just Ali at home and ash comes over looking for nix?)$
((I decided Ash needed a picture. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/...))Nix and Ali were at home alone when she requested he go to the store and grab some things for her. Obligingly, he left the apartment with a list and sent out to the store for her.
Ten minutes after Nix had left, Ash drove up the driveway to find Nix. He wanted to talk with him about something concerning the wedding.
(Holy dang he's hot.))Ari had left a little earlier to go on a walk to be alone for a little bit. She sighed softly not really wanting to be around her sister and her fiancé anymore
Alissa asked Nix to pick up a few things for dinner at the store. So right then she was at home alone for the time being. She looked around and cleaned up thinking about different things that still needed to be done about the wedding. Hearing Ash's knock she got up and opened the door," Ash."
((You found it! Thank you!))Ash smiled at her. "Hi, Alissa. Is Nix around?" he asked, puzzled by the pull he for her when he heard her voice. Every time she spoke it was the best thing he had ever heard.
((You're welcome.. It was a little harder this time :) ))Alissa smiled," no he went out to the store for me, but he should be back soon if you want to sit and wait for him." She offered opening the door a little more so he coul come in. It was strange for Ali to feel such a pull towards Ash and not really have that with Nix
Ash walked in but wasn't sure why if Nix wasn't around. "Ah. Alright. Tell him I was here looking for him." he said then shifted as an awkward silence settled. "How are you guys with it all?" Ash asked. He had been through it before obviously.
Ali giggled softly," why don't you just tell him yourself when he gets back?" She asked looking up at him. If she had to guess she thought Ash was taller than Nix by a little bit. She shrugged," it's coming along slowly." She replied. "I'm just sick of our dads."
Ash nodded and continued to stand, running a hand through his hair. "Thank you." he said then chuckled softly. "Yeah. I remember that. Except it was the mother's for Diana and I." he said, a smiling curving his lips.
Ali smiled just a little bit," Im sure.. I mean my mom is pretty bad too but my dad is absolutely loosing it every single time I step into the house I'm not sure how my sister is still living there with them."
Ash grinned, having to resist the sudden urge to kiss her when she smiled. He ran his hand through his hair again and looked at anything but her. Ash felt like a college kid that was in love. Nervous as all get out. "Neither of us have siblings so it wasn't bad for them."
Ali nodded a little bit watching him with a little curiosity. She didn't understand why she thought it was so easy to talk to him since really she had not spent any time with himAt all." Ohh well you were lucky with that."
She replied
Ash chuckled. "Oh, I'm sure I am. People have made it their lives goal to make me know how lucky I am to not have siblings. Apartently, they're either your best friend or your worst enemy. Or, so I e heard." he said.
Alissa laughed," Or they can be both one on some days and the other later." She replied shrugging a little," It depends on what is going on that day or week I think."
"Ah. Yeah, I'm sure that has something to do with it." Ash said, nodding. He crossed his arms over his chest and looked up at the clock, wondering when Nix would be back.
"It always does... You know you don't have to stand there in the doorway... You can come in and sit down if you like." Ali offered seeing as he really had not moved from the door way
Ash smiled at her gratefully and went and sat down on their couch, his arms spreading over the back. His was a manners boy and didn't do most things without permission. Most things.
Ali watched him for a second as if mesmerized by his movements. She shook her head slightly and smiled back at him as she turned slightly." Do you want anything to eat or drink?" She asked politely.
Ash shook his head. "No, thank you." he declined politely, looking over at her. He was having a hard time not getting up and kissing her. Ash shook his head at himself and ran a hand over his face.
Ali nodded a little bit," Okay well if you need something just call ill be right back." She said turning and walking into the kitchen as a timer went off. She pulled out the cookies she had made and set them on the small table they had
Ash nodded and watched her off, looking at her figure much longer than he should have. He sighed and looked up at the ceiling. He should probably leave and go get his daughter early from school but he couldn't make himself leave.
Alissa looked at him thru the kitchen her soft brown eyes lingering on his face. For some reason the pull towards him was strong to her like she needed him around to make everything better. She sighed and gripped the counter. She couldn't be thinking this she had Nix and what would happen to him if she just up and left him
Ash shoved his hand through his hair, determined to think about other things. But he failed, always going back to Alissa. He clenched his jaw and looked sound the room, avoiding the kitchen.
Alissa turned her back so she could get a hold of herself and her crazy thoughts about Ash and everything about him. She sighed softly thinking that he was just uncomfortable then turned around and went to the kitchen table and sat down with a sigh still trying to get her thoughts away from Ash
"No bit I've forgotten where we are going now" the older girl answered
