I have just finished my fourth and final book for this toppler Perfume: The Story of a Murderer. What a great book to end on! It's a bit crazy but I loved it and gave it a well deserved 5 stars.

This was my first toppler and I have really enjoyed it and am looking forward to joining in with many more.

We're heading into the last hour. I just finished my last book and now have to see if I can come up with a book spine poem.

A little romance is good now and then, but a steady diet is not for me. I knew I should have lined up more dog books :)

WOW! This was a great Toppler! It's wonderful to see how many people participated, with lots of newbies. I can't believe how many books we've read, I think some of us overdosed and will need time to recuperate. Thanks to our team captains for keeping us motivated!!

I have PM'd our judges with the four entries (without author names) and am awaiting their responses. We should know our winner by tonight.

To be objective, I selected five people in other groups to be our judges. They shall remain anonymous in order to keep anyone from thinking of bribery :D

so the book spine poem will determine the winner.

Hi everyone, I did not have access to internet over the weekend and was literally biting my nails as I was so curious about the end of the toppler. Congratulations to the winning team and thanks to all of you, it has been such a fun thing to topple with you!!!

I was so pooped I slept most of Sunday away. I did manage to finish a short book that I'd started on Saturday. Anyway, my apologies for not posting something here sooner.

This toppler was a whirlwind of exciting fun and competition. We were all psyched out about it weeks in advance. Our close scores show how hard both teams worked and played.

JMom, you outdid yourself with this one. Kudos to you!

Waiting with bated breath to see who won this close race. Am honored my spine poem was chosen as one of the finalists.

Now, back to what we all love doing best... more reading, reading, reading!

WOW!!! Congrats everyone on both teams - what a fun competition. That's over 3000 points so we toppled just under 300 books off our TBR lists and had a lot of fun.
