Yep. Over the counter medicine is not lasting long enough, the effects wears off 12 hours before I can take another pill, so I guess I need stronger stuff

I need an advice on how to stay away from this thing called the internet. I don't get enough reading done!

When my books open, I spend half the time reading and the other half online....

The only thing I do if I really want to stay away from the internet is get on the treadmill, it's one of the few things that actually keeps me occupied and away from the computer. and I read while I'm on it!

Sarah, I have tried reading while running on my treadmill but its hard to read the words and I may have almost tripped once! How do you manage to do it?

I don't run, I just walk fast! I can get through huge chunks of books whilst on it though ☺ I also only do it with my kindle, I can't hold a real book and do it! this is why I love my kindle so much. worse case i stick it on text-to-speech and listen to it.
