Emily (The Litertarian) (emmaleighbug) I have a question - can we use the country of the author if it is a fantasy novel? Just curious!

message 11: by Trisha (new)

Trisha | 371 comments Good question...I say yes, just specify in parenthesis if it is the author rather than the plotline :-)

For example, Gate of the Sun takes place in four different countries but I've only chosen one for the list. Also, if I've read several books that take place in the same country, I only list one of those books. For example, I've read six books set in Jordan this year but I've only listed one.

Emily (The Litertarian) (emmaleighbug) Do we continue to add all the books we've read even if they're the same country? I noticed your updated post, Trisha, and was wondering. I guess it doesn't matter either way, eh?

message 17: by Trisha (new)

Trisha | 371 comments You can if you want to, or you can keep it to 1 book per country, however you would like to keep track :-). I appear to be stuck in England!! Haha!

message 18: by Kat (new)

Kat Gale (superkatness) | 118 comments I tried adding several books under one country but it made my post look a little messy so I'll go with choosing one book per country. I hope everyone is enjoying their book tours of the world!

I too am stuck. Who would think that world travel could be this hard. I have read eight books this month and I am firmly planted in the USA with two trips to Western Europe. However, I think I will be going to Spain and North Africa soon.
