And I think he gets into a romance with some Australian actress. Incidentally, Benedict's mother, Wanda, dyed her hair blonde to play the role of Virginia Lake in the sci-fi thriller series "UFO" back in the early 1970s and was quite the sex symbol, too! Anyway, take a look at blonde Benedict!

I like him much better with his natural color, but he is still handsome with blonde hair...omg, I LOVE him!

Sounds like a perfect role for the man who plays Holmes!

Sherlock has an amazing brain which is one of the things I like about the character. The other thing is he is an outsider who sees the world from his own perspective. I kind of relate to that, it's like saying being a bit of an outcast is an advantage, gives you an edge over the robot zombie types!
Yes, I wish Dr Who was still like Sherlock Holmes. When Pertwee and Tom Baker were the Doctor he was like Holmes and the Master was his Moriarty. Now Sherlock seems more like Dr Who than the Doctor does.

hmm that is an..... interesting picture. Love Sherlock!

What? Martin doesn't know how Sherlock faked his death, even after reading the script. How is that possible?
Damn you Gatiss!

Yup. Because Martin is NOWHERE near that tall. He is a real-life tiny hobbit. :)

Hmm sigh... so excited for this to come out!!
Apparently one of the first people to show up in Star Trek Into Darkness plays Mickey Smith from Doctor Who. BBC and Star Trek. This is great.

I think he looks like Captain Pike from the pilot episode of original series Star Trek in that pic
Talking about Star Trek in a Sherlock discussion in a Doctor Who. My 2nd, 3rd and 1st favourite things at the same time! This is fantastic!

Sometimes, just an overcoat will do. Overcoats are cool.
Don't make people into heroes, John. Heroes don't exist, and if they did, I wouldn't be one of them.

Great quote! And I can't stand the suspense either, ARGH! I need to know what happens! *sigh* Darn Moffat and these waiting periods between each season.
I know! What will happen to Sherlock!!!! If he is truly dead, then I will have to break off our engagement! (Yes, Benedict is taken...lol, I LOVE him!)

It was a quite a shocking season finale, I really hope the new season comes out soon!
Yeah, I can't wait until it comes out! Chris Pine and Benedict Cumberbatch in one movie....don't know if I can handle that!
I know that if Benedict's character dies, I will not be able to stand it. I already hate it when Star Trek characters die, and this will sort if seem like Sherlock as well. I really only know Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock Holmes.
I know, I almost feel like as I am watching it, I will be comparing Benedict's character to Sherlock!

Saw the start of Parade's End today. I wasn't overly into the story line (love triangle, etc) but Benedict and the two ladies in his life were quite captivating on screen, I thought.
