Paul I read the Radio Times (a weekly magazine detailing all British broadcasts, TV and radio) film reviews. If a film contains bad language, sex, nudity, extreme violence, substance abuse and scenes of a disturbing nature - I'll watch it. Otherwise, I tend not to bother.

I understand, who needs a good plot when you have all the above criteria? *giggles*

The problem I have is that if I want to watch something, the whole family gathers round the TV and if there is any nudity, my son yells "MOM!" as if I put the nudity there myself! LOL

Morning UM

Edward and I are just checking in to see if there might be a new chapter of your story in the email box today? Hmmmmmmmmm?

Get your nose out of "that book" and start writing :]
[that was Edward talking by the way:]

ROFL! He knows me too well. But THAT book won't be here for awhile so I am going to start rereading the series, tonight. Don't tell Edward, though. He's soooooo jealous.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Morning, Paul, Tink and Air. Thought it's afternoon/evening now. I didn't get my goodreads notifications, again.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Dee, I sent you a snippet.

A Snippet? Come on UM. Where are the Chapters that are supposed to be pouring forth from that brilliant mind.

I was only willing to share a snippet at this point. LOL I've been stressed for the past week because my oh, so perfect in-laws were visiting tonight.

They are gone, so I will now, once again, be able to be that fountain of writing prolification I once was. LOL

OMG... In Laws!!

You're forgiven. Do you need an emergency infusion of Chocolate Cheesecake?

Consults Emergency Medical Air Charter Scheduling System

I think we can get one MedEvac'd to your location.

UM Continued; "They are gone, so I will now, once again, be able to be that fountain of writing prolification I once was."

The sound of someone laughing uncontrollably heard in background , masked barely by a child's giggle

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Gwen,
Clearly you have met, or have heard of in-laws like mine. Thank you for your support.
And yes on the Chocolate Cheesecake, thank you. Can I get that through an IV?

message 365: by Wendy (new)

Wendy (wendyswore) MMMMM- IV pumped cheesecake... Is my arm drooling?

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Wendy wrote: "MMMMM- IV pumped cheesecake... Is my arm drooling?"

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish I slept so well last night, what with the whole visitor issue behind me!

Off to do some writing! Have a great day, everyone.

Thanks, Wendy! Dee had loaned me Edward so he could eat them if they got out of hand. LOL

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish OK, sweet Tink. I have some ideas. I'd LOVE a giant fern potted plant. A HUGE fireplace, rustic like. Lot's of casual overstuffed furniture and an amazing library. That's for starters. When I think of something else I will let you know.

*hugs*

Really! I have a very nice collection. I have Disney pins for my Disneyland Pass Lanyard, some Christmas ornaments and some very cute little display items.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish 653 new words today. A few pages of re-write. Dee, you know the first page of my last draft? You said too much tell, not enough show. I'm re-working it. I hope you'll like it.

As they say in Minnesota..

Yah, sure, Ya-Betcha.

Dee Marie (dee_marie) | 3382 comments Mod
Honest! Just platonic! Ask UM, she can verify it :]

Oh, a funny story about the Ya-Betcha line. I freely admit that I was not a huge Palin fan (cheer or boo, it is just a fact).

However, during the pre-election I became possessed with the presidential coverage, to the point of political overload.

It was the day after the election, that I remember the first time I unexpectedly added, Ya-Betcha to my vocabulary…dropping it nonchalantly onto the end of a sentence.

I stood with my hand over my mouth…mortified, that Ya-Betcha fell haphazardly from my brain. I remember saying “Oh My Gosh, I cannot believe I just uttered that!”

Of course, since then, there has not been a day that Ya-Betcha has not slipped out. Now I just allow the words to flow. I figure the “Palin-word-curse” will subside on its own one day :]

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Here's wishing everyone a happy Sunday!

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish OK, I have some time for decorating, whilst I await Dee's review of my latest installment.

So, this is where I go when I need to find romance, passionate, heartfelt inspiration. This is in my bedroom, over looking a small lake.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Now, over here you see a small stream which runs along the north side of my house... I love ferns! This is where I find my outdoors inspiration. I lay out a blanket and relax.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish I have an upstairs library, and a small sitting/reading area. I love it here.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish More writing! YAY!

Good Morning UM,

Loved the story. I can hardly wait for future chapters. Outstanding dialog. You have a way of bringing your characters to life. The signs of a real artist painting with words :]

*Trips over some silly string.*

Whoops, you missed a spot Wendy ;]
