Spent the evening reading in The Book Thief. I got to a sad part in it and started to cry, so now I am going to read in The Secret Garden before going to bed. Hope everyone had a good day!

8:16 AM. Good morning, GR! Yesterday kind of became busy because since Mark is building my bookcases, or is going to soon, I had to move out all of the books and put them in a different room. That took a while. LOL. After Mark got home, we exercised together, then I got cleaned up, and made delicious beef stroganoff for dinner. I had made it before, but I don't remember it being as good as last night's was. After dinner, we took a break, then got back to the books. I finished stacking them around 11 PM. By that time, I was tired, so I went to bed. I'm just glad moving the books is all done. Today I don't have much planned except to read, do the dishes, and I might spend some time organizing the cabinet under our kitchen sink. It's a task which shouldn't take too long. I just finished my cereal and am drinking some o.j. Anyways, I hope you all have a great Tuesday!

9:28AM Just planning on doing some reading today. I need to get in a work out as well and maybe walk later on in the evening. A beautiful morning here in Texas.

Yay Kathryn!!!! Book Cases!!! WOOT!! I am sure it was a lot of work moving all those books. I know how you feel though since I moved my library to the other room. My chest and arms were a tad sore the next day from lifting stacks of books onto shelves. Was a great workout for sure.

2:20 PM. Good afternoon, GR! I have been distracted by the internet for a little while because I stopped cleaning to eat lunch. The soup I had was yummy. Earlier I swept the entire house...I'm really kind of amazed how much cat hair I can sweep up. LOL. I also got a little bit read earlier. Anyways, I'm going to work on organizing under the kitchen sink, then do the dishes. Hopefully I will have a little time to read before Mark gets home. I should....:)

Janie, yeah, by the end of the night, my back was hurting. LOL

9:01 p.m. I'm laying in bed and I'm gonna read for a few minutes, I'm not gonna read very long tonight because I'm tired and I've got a bit of a headache, and I have to get up early tomorrow morning.

9:24PM Today went super fast! Had a good work out earlier after breakfast. Read a little bit. Made home made Chicken Noodle soup for dinner, we have not had it for a long time so it was good. After clean up I took a nice walk and then played some video games with Aeverie. He is now watching a movie and I am about to get back to reading. Looking forward to tomorrow because my new laptop arrives. YAY!

9:18 AM. Good morning, GR......I foresee a nap in the very near future. My cats hogged my side of the bed all night, and once I moved them, then I was wide awake for hours. Ugh. I love them, though. :) I'm about to eat breakfast, try to read, but I may try to lay back down for a bit. Something in that order...lol

Yay for new laptops! Lol.
Today, I ran some errands, first, I went to the computer shop uptown where I knew the owner, because I wanted to see if he could transfer some files from my old, busted laptop to my newer one, but when I got there, they were closed up with a 'for rent' sign in the window, so I was kinda like, dagnabbit! Gonna try at another shop, but I was kinda disappointed because I hadn't heard that the other one was closing. Then I went to lunch with the kid and my brother and step-dad for a late b-day celebration, we went to Pizza Hut, which was delicious! We did the lunch buffet, and I had a salad and a piece of pizza and a breadstick... yum! Was still full by dinner, so I grilled some burgers for babe, but I didn't have any. Will eat my leftovers tomorrow unless he gets to them first. We also got the flowerbeds out front started, got some ferns and hostas planted, so I'm happy. Now I'm just catching up with GR and messing around until kiddo's bedtime here in a minute, and it's 9:44 p.m.

11:29PM Went to dinner at my daughters work, on the house since she is a manager there so that was nice. Been doing some finishing touches on the new laptop and it was all a pretty easy transition. Still have stuff I need off of the desktop though. Will try and get to that soon. Gonna read now for a bit.

Just finished listening to my audiobook, and I shall be heading off to read in a few minutes after checking GR, to read Brisingr and wait for the plumber. My kitchen tap (faucet) broke yesterday and left me with a wet patch on the ceiling whilst giving me an impromptu shower! The spout flew off. I only wanted a glass of water! :(

8:05am EDT. Got up at 6am, I've already done 2 loads of wash, made my bread dough, and took Charlie for a walk. Now I'm planning some major kitchen cleaning. After that, an afternoon of reading. I've read so many good things lately. I love it when my reading just comes together perfectly. TGIF everyone!

10:32 AM Music's on for some house cleaning. I think I'll take a nap later. I stayed up until 4 AM reading City of Heavenly Fire and I finished that tome in my personal record of three days. Actually two since the whole midnight thing.
Next week I'm going to Cazumel Mexico which is exciting! We will see the Mayan ruins and I'm a little scared. Has anyone seen or the The Ruins. It's pretty freaky, but it's only fiction LOL

11:01AM Still getting stuff set up on my new laptop, downloading Windows 8.1 which is pretty much an update to windows 8. Planning a trip out today YAY! I love being out and about. Might take some books to the books store to sell today, we will see.

11:13am Hello everyone. I have missed checking in with everyone and hope that you all are well. Things have been rough for me and I just haven't felt like being social. I wont get into details but things are getting better.

I want to share the news that I have been hired on full time again at my new job and can finally quit my old one. I have to work both till th 27th of this month but then after that I will only work one job and I love the company I work for. It will be nice to have time with my family and my books again. I'm excited to finally be leaving my old job becuase I have been misserable for years. I hope to be around here a lot more. I will have to adjust to the new position and there will be plenty of training for awhile.

3:34PM Just finished Please Stop Laughing at Me. and wow what a profound read! I could not even stop reading it. I felt so much reading this book. I wrote my review if anyone is interested. So now My grand blessing and I are gonna watch Eragon. Never saw it. So I figured it wont hurt to watch it first then read it.

10:01AM Last night my soon to be son in law Cort, had a motorcycle accident. A dog ran out in front of him and he could not avoid the hit. He was in the ER for quite some time. Thankfully he got out of it with some road rash, bruising and a broken hand. Amy was pretty shaken up over it all and she got here to pick Aeverie up and let me know what happened. God is good!

11:07 EST, work is pretty steady so I can't read (Boo) but I'm listening to the audio of . It's so weird, but I feel like I listen to horror at work so much better than other genres. Haha

I strongly dislike my current job, but I have an job interview on Friday. Same company, but different department. Fingers crossed!! I'll take some prayers and pixie dust!
